How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They don't have breakfast buffet it was ala carte. well that was ok, but it didn't seem fresh. We just had it for the first day remaining days we didn't prefer to have at the hotel.
We took junior suite for two people so it was quiet spacious, I quiet loved the interior of the place. Location was excellent, breakfast was average and staff was good.

Room is small. We had a superior room with a mezzanine lounge area, which is a pretty pointless area. There were no drawers in the room and limited wardrobe space.
The location of the hotel is great for getting around the city. Porta Garibaldi is very close for the Malpensa Express train. Staff are lovely.

we weren’t really advised of the facilities on arrival. no tea or coffee making facilities in room.
brilliant location close to all the sights, restaurants and shopping. Within a 7 minute, easy walk of Garibaldi train station and just a 5 minute taxi ride from Central Station. beautiful exterior facade hiding a modern hotel behind. A new fish restaurant is having its soft opening and will be a great success. Efficient, friendly, easy going team of staff. would highly recommend and will return.

At breakfast I ordered a fruit bowl. The fruit bowl tingled on my tongue. So obviously it was fermented and it was no longer good! Besides that no serious complains.
Small rooms, but clean, comfortable and modern. TV with Germany channels, Wifi works, so nothing really to complain about. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Close by you find a packing garage with decent prices for parking. Quiet unusual for Milano ;-)

The room was clean and spacious, the location was excellent for our city trip, close to many good restaurants and down town. In case you are seeking Vegan options, visit the Soulgreen restaurant, it is in walking distance.

The room was to small. Very diferent compared to the photos shown. Clean room even tho the sheets were not changed during our 3-day stay. There wasn't any station guideline map in the reception.
The hotel is located in a very good and quite area. The staff were so helpful and polite with us explaining different ways of transports. Wifi working great.

no view on the windows they were on the ceiling. i found it curious that I did the check in on my birthday and no one wished me anything. No attention for it which is on my point of view sad. just a note on the room that says happy birthday would have been perfect

A little bit noisy due to outside traffic. Difficult to open the windows to get some fresh air.
Friendliness of all the staff, breakfast with great choice and super service. Beautiful room in a lovely environment, not too far from the center. 5 mn walk from Garibaldi train station.

Location is a little noisy- I could hear loud noise outside intermittently throughout the night.
Great location, very clean and modern room. I would like to specifically mention how helpful Erika, the concierge, was. I had a real challenge finding a place to get a Covid PCR test required for re-entry to Canada and she was a lifesaver!! I am so grateful for her help, patience, cheerfulness, and kindness in this situation!

Staff of the restaurant could be a bit more friendly. some were xtremely friendly, others looked as if every question was one too much. Spa: I had an appointment, but no one there to guide me - I figured out all myself so I had a good time, but would have been good if staff was present from the start
great location, very clean room and hotel in general. breakfast was great, lots of choise despite no buffet. Receptionists were extremely friendly and helpfull!

Location is loud at night - poor sound insulation. Room missing a number of amenities, TV did not work, no coffee (delivered once called). No parking, facility nearby but expensive.

The bathroom is uncomfortable, the room is small. The wifi is weak so slow. It was good for experience, but I have doubt if I come back to this hotel.
Very modern and clean, concierge persons are very kind. Good for the modern interior hotel experience.

The hotel is clean and staff very kind. The room was quite and very well organized. I loved the balcony accessible from the bathroom. 10 minutes walk from Brera district! Loved it!
