The property is very well located, the staff was friendly...the apartment was very clean and had everything you need, towels, kitchen, etc.. From the pictures the rooms and the place look bigger than it is.. you can easily hear the people in the room next to yours which is not so nice... overall I think it's a good place to stay, the price was ok and plus you are pretty close to the colosseum... 🤗 Ps. There is no balcony available

In the shower there was none soap or bottle holder. Shower water bit low.

Everything was fine

great location. a very pleasant and kind host, allowed me to leave my luggage in advance, was always in touch, helped with all questions and asked if I needed help, but everything was fine. the room had cosmetics for the shower, a hairdryer, slippers, a kettle with cups and tea bags. The Colosseum was visible from the window. in the morning, there is a slight noise from the street from passing cars, but this is expected. if such noise is unacceptable, then just ask for a room with windows facing the courtyard. Most of the main attractions can be reached on foot.

There was nothing we didnt like.

The property was super clean and super convenient with location!!! Just a 4 minute walk from the metro & 1 minute walk for the supermarket. Honestly Federico exceeded our expectations every single time we needed something. It is the perfect spot to explore Rome. Literally 5 minute walk to the Colosseum. SPECTACULAR.

The walls were very thin and you can easily hear everything from other rooms. Luckily we had quiet neighbours:). We really missed the slippers in the room.

We enjoyed the position very much. Everything was close to us(5-6min walking). The host was very nice, he recommended some restaurants. They cleaned our room every day. They even let us keep our luggage after our check out until our evening flight. Overall i recommend this place. It was a great choice.

The location was in the main street (not in an alley or sth similar) near the Colosseum and it also had a bus station close to the entrance of the building. The owner was ready to provide instructions before the arrival and was always available on our need of assistance (big props for that). The room was very clean, didn't hear any noise from outside and felt newly built. 100% recommended by me.

The shower water took a very long time to get heated and it was not very hot even at max.

The location was perfect, near the bus stop and near a big market where you can buy something for dinner or breakfast. The staff was really helpful, they responded very fast and helped with every extra thing we needed.

Lovely location, walking out to see the Colosseum is incredible! To get to the Trevi fountain you can either walk about 30 minutes or use the public transport bus just outside the hotel which takes about 5-10mins. Room was smaller than expected but was sufficient, had everything you need. Cleaned it daily which was nice. Staff were very helpful texting back at all hours - I had a member of their staff assist in shipping back my iPad back from the hotel to the UK, was very thankful for that.

I didn’t like that there weren’t instructions sent beforehand of how to buzz up to the person at the desk when we got there. At least I had his number but I wish I was told that to know what to expect because being from Canada that isn’t ‘normal’ for us so we didn’t know what to do.

You could see the colosseum from the street which was pretty cool. The elevator was helpful for all the luggage.
