I would recommend this apartment.

An excellent apartment close to the centre of Florence. Pierpaulo the host was extremely helpful and informative. The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable. Local shops and restaurants were literally on the doorstep. The main sights, galleries and museums were no more than a 15 minute walk away .

Pierpaolo was a gracious, informative, and personable host. He met us in front of the apartment and was available during our stay for any questions or help. The beautiful apartment was updated and cozy and in a location close to most attractions in Florence. We would stay again if we return to Florence.

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful, extremely clean apartment close to the station and walking distance to the centre of the city. Pierpaolo is an excellent host who welcomed us the first day we arrived and gave us many tips including sights to see and recommendations for local restaurants. The kitchen of the apartment is very well equipped, there is a supermarket and a beautiful bakery next door. We also loved the modern bathroom and the ambiance of the bedroom overlooking the street. Every morning we had our morning coffee at the cafe across the road and had a chat with the friendly owners. Pierpaolo, the apartment, bakery, the cafe and the location of the apartment made our stay perfect and memorable. Thanks Pierpaolo for looking after us. Highly recommended as an excellent place to stay in Florence. 💯

Absolutely nothing to dislike

Fabulous apartment. Our host,, Pierpaulo was fantastic. He responded to any questions we had immediately. The location is superb. Close to everything you want to visit, but in a nice quiet street. Some great restaurants nearby, which our host recommends. If you stay here take his advice. We loved our time here, and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you Pierpaulo.

We had a wonderful time in this house in Florence. Pierpaolo was a very helpful and kind host. He came to greet us and we entered the house right away. We are grateful for the great conversation and detailed recommendations about Florence. The house is spacious and modern, equipped with everything we needed. There's a fantastic bakery and a market underneath the house, making it convenient for cooking and dining. The train station is also within walking distance, allowing easy access to various places. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike. It was really lovely.

Great location close to the station but only a short walk to all the main attractions. Very clean and presented to a high standard with extra touches such as toiletries and coffee pods. The host was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a very handy map which he marked with various recommended restaurants and bars.

Excellent base for a stay in Florence. Very close to the centre but also felt like a real neighbourhood. Pierpaolo was very friendly and he made good recommendations when we needed help. It was a very very comfortable and stylish apartment! Lovely bakery and supermarket close by.

There was nothing we could complain about.

The property was in a great position for all we wanted to see. It was lovely to come back to such a comfortable apartment at the end of the day, the bedroom airy and light and bed so comfy!! The bathroom was really modern and the living area had all you needed at the end of a day.

Happy to say nothing .

The host Pierpaolo was just amazing. So friendly and professional and passionate about looking after us in Florence. We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights. He communicated with us entirely the whole time and was happy to arrange tours and give suggestions for local restaurants . We were able to get keys a little earlier than expected and we left our luggage at the apartment before he met us on the first day . The apartment had everything we needed , and plenty of towels supplied. If I had a question he responded immediately and nothing was an issue. There was a wonderful bakery next door and 2 cafes and a supermarket within 20 metres. But close to station so we didn't have to wheel our luggage so far. It was in a nice area of Florence.

The location was excellent - you stepped out into the street in central Florence. The host was fantastic - he had a knowledge of Florence. He spent time explaining the top sites to visit including the not so tourist sites. made great suggestions for a restaurant and the best gelato. He made our Florence experience the best.

There's no elevator so you will have to your carry luggage up the stairs, but most apartment in Florence are like this anyway.

Interior design is modern and nice. Amenities like shower cap, shampoo and shower gel are provided, towels are clean. Host is wonderful, he took time to explain the area and gave recommendations. Good location as a base to get around Florence.

Absolutely nothing!!

Spotless clean and beautifully decorated interior. So close to the train station and easy to walk/ find on the day we arrived!! Pierpaolo the host is such a lovely guy and spent so much of his time explaining the workings of all the amenities within the apartment , even booking museums and restaurants for us. Unbelievable host!! He was in touch every day during our 4 day stay. Fantastic spot and service. Treat yourself to a wonderful stay in Florence .110 % recommended.

everything was amazing and very clean! the owner was super lovely and tended to our every need. they helped us with baggage up the stairs and even brought us a treat! 10/10 the best stay i have ever had and would 100% be returning soon! the trip was made perfect with this stay and highly recommend to anyone wanted to stay in FLORENCE.

Excellent location- less than 10 minutes walk from train station & around 15 minutes walk to Uffizi, supermarket and bakery on the same street too. Laundry shop around the corner. Flat is on 2nd floor in a characterful building. Pierpaolo kindly helped us with our bags up the stairs. Flat is very well equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings, very clean and spacious. Decor is extremely stylish and modern. Kitchen has utensils/ pots and pans so we could cook some meals. Communication from host Pierpaolo is excellent, messaging us during our stay to make sure we were okay and that our stay was comfortable. Hard to fault the level of attention to detail and service provided.

A bit of noise from shops opening in the early morning but not a big issue.

No breakfast provided but excellent options just outside front door. Really good bakery. And a complimentary bottle of prosecco was much appreciated!
