Nothing except stairs for luggage but that is Italy and you are warned . A porter to help would be good

They were happy to store luggage , very close and easy to train station , staff were very helpful and friendly . Bery clean and super comfy bed.

Hotel Guerrini included everything we could’ve asked for the during our trip. It was easy to find and near the water taxi which was convenient for traveling purposes. The location was 10-15 minute walk from San Marco Square which made it very easy to see most of the city. It was very quiet at night and very clean. Our room included a small balcony which we loved. The morning breakfast was an added bonus. The hospitality was exceptional. Overall we had a pleasant stay here.

The location is great (close to Santa Lucia train stationand not far from PiazzaRoma). Everything is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. This my second time here and both times had been a good experience. I would recommend it

The breakfast was very poor and very minimal. I didn't appreciate that there was a note saying that you're not allowed to take food with you (we didn't intend anyway), it felt like it was preventing some sort of criminality. We ended up every day having breakfast somewhere else even though we booked this hotel specifically because it had breakfast included.

The location is great, very close to the train station, but also to cafes and restaurants. The hotel has an internal garden and is quite, even though the street nearby is very busy.

The shower cabin was really small, but as we booked small room, that was ok. Also there were some mosquitos in the room. I guess in summer mosquito situation may be worse.

It is 4 mins walk to the train station and water transport stations.

The room had no carpets. The bathroom was very old. Also, the room was on the ground floor of the opposite building.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to both the bus station and the train station. The breakfast has everything you need.

Not much soundproofing. It is located in a lovely small alley so it protects from the noise that comes from outside like restaurants etc, but inside the hotel you could hear your neighbours quite well.

Very clean hotel in excellent location. The staff were very helpful. Room was cosy and just big enough to have great time exploring Venice. Not far from the main bus station so it was very convenient to catch the bus from/ to airport. Bed was a dream - so comfy. Hotel provided with some free toiletries, which is always a bonus. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. They left some biscuits for us in the room , which I thought was a cute gesture. O note to UK travelers to buy special adapter for their electric sockets. We brought the ones we use in Europe normally with us , but the ones used in Venice are different. We did not know, but luckily we found some in a supermarket near the hotel.

The rooms have no soundproofing whatsoever, since you can hear everything from the hallway and the adjacent rooms, it’s so bad that you can even hear people whispering. Also, a minibar and kettle would’ve been great to have in the room.

The room was clean, warm and the housekeeping came daily for cleaning and refilling with toiletries. The bed was large and cosy and the location was on a quiet side street.

The beds were two seperate beds and only the last night we discovered that they could be joined.

The rooms are beautiful, it’s not small or too large for a solo traveler. The bathroom are spacious.
