Hotel is not bad, part of the furniture is quite weird, for example a table instead of one of the nightstands, which came in handy, though. Location is good, centre is less than 3 km away, parking on premises is plentiful, They gave us a room with a small balcony which was a nice bonus. Bed was comfy, bathroom was all right.

The hotel is very far away from the city center, and even the bus stops are 5-10 minute walks along a rather busy street.

Staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach and not far from the city centre. Despite the proximity to the road, the room is well soundproofed. There is also a free minibar and a kettle with which to prepare coffe and tea.

City tax pay at the property (previously we were not notified from booking and after we arrived also from hotel reception). there was nothing around the hotel around area (caffe shops, market…Poor lobby, lack of facilities.

A bit far from the city center, the check-out was at 11:00 am but at 10:45 they were knocking on the door, which I think is not polite.

The only disadvantage is the distance from the city center, however it's close to several bus stations.

The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. They had upgraded me to a double room instead of a single, that was very nice - a huge bed all to myself! I was there during winter, and the room was very warm and comfortable. The bathroom had all the amenities, was spacious and very clean. There is a big supermarket right next to the hotel where you can get food and whatever you need. It is also close to the bus station for the airport bus (line 944), which is extremely useful for people who need to go to the airport. I really appreciated that I was able to check in a little earlier because I arrived earlier than planned in Bologna. All in all, it was a great hotel!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time staying somewhere by myself in a foreign city and I could not have had a better experience. Whenever I needed a hand they were very quick to support! I would definitely come back upon visiting Bologna again ☺️

Some renovation noises may start from 8am, but that’s only for good, and hopefully will not last forever.

Our room was great (we were on the first floor) - spacious, freshly renovated, the sheets were awesome - new, white & crunchy, the kettle worked perfectly, the shower was great with very good water pressure, the towels were new & white. We’ve had a great sleep in our room and it was really comfortable. Some hotel renovation works start 8am, but we were aware and fine with that.

The room was very good and very clean. Quite spacious for one person. The reception personnel were very nice and very helpful. The htoel is very quiet. Very reachable to the stadium and the city centre.

Great breakfast with a high variety of cold and warm meals! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy! Even though the hotel is located far from the city center, it is close to the bus stop!

The noise was horrible. I assume there is a hospital nearby and the hotel is next to a busy street, thus it was super noisy - it felt like the windows were open, even though they were closed. I would wake up several times a night due to ambulance sirens, and in the morning I could not sleep in due to traffic noise - no quality sleep whatsoever.

The location was good, close to bus stops, thus easy to reach the city centre. The staff was polite and helpful, I appreciated having the umbrellas for the guest to borrow, especially as it was raining that week, The room looked renovated.

Too far out of the centre but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Very slow lift but that’s minor issue.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Loved the 2nd hand shop a couple of blocks away. Could have spent the whole day there!
