The location was quite nice as it was close to the ferry and a bus station. But our vacation period was not during Como's summer season and on the weekend - commuting was quite difficult with the limited timings, which isn't the hotel's fault. Recommendation: either rent or take a car in Como if you have limited timing and want to see a lot!

The whole environment: the view, the clean cosy room, the delicious restaurant, really nice staff, the fun server. The stay was really incredible, and even the location had both the ferry and bus stop. The set of soaps and shampoos had a really nice smell. The room was incredibly clean, beige walls and not a trace. Restaurant is recommended!!

Location breathtaking. Family run business where everyone was just so happy - wonderful to see. The restaurant served delish food. The deck on the water was stunning. It was the end of March but I certainly got to enjoy a few hours of sunshine before the most delightful thunderstorm came through the valley.

Everything was excellent, frolm the location, the comfortable room, the unforgettable view, the kind and attentive staff, and the great breakfast! The restaurant of the hotel was wonderful. Amazing hotel directory in front of lake Como. They offered us a free room upgrade and we ended up in a room with its own deck facing the lake and having direct access to the water with our own chairs/table and benches. Wonderful room and services overall!

The only negligible for me was the hairdryer in the bathroom is very old so I would recommend taking your own.

The property was in an amazing location, great service, they couldn’t do enough for us. The restaurant and bar is great value. We hired a boat from the hotel for a few hours which was so easy. The ferry and bus stop is within a 5 mins walk, as is another two amazing restaurants and a mini market. The room was lovely and clean with a great balcony overlooking the lake

The only thing if I would say something when you walk from the boat stop, you have to walk on the street there is no sidewalk the road is very narrow so is a bit scary.

I totally loved this place, it excedeed by expectations by far. The place is beautiful to the small detailed. The rooms are comfortable and so clean with all facilities, the breakfast is spectacular and is served in such a beautiful table, all staff is incredible helpful and nice. The restaurant food is amazing!! and all facilities in the hotel itself our in front of the lake are clean and in very good conditions. I would totally go back.

What a stunning location!! The views and being lakeside was almost breathtaking. The restaurant was exceptional and the staff were the friendliest team I’ve come across in a hotel. I wish I had booked much longer, a total dream being here!

Excellent restaurant with good wine list and very friendly staff. The accommodation could use an update but this seems planned for next season. The accessibility for persons with walking problems should/will be dealt with in the near future.

There needed to be more clothing storage in the room, as well as space for hanging longer items such as dresses. It would be better to have an iron in the room to make it more convenient to iron clothes. Although having the laundry room was great and did offer the option to iron and clean clothes if needed. The hotel has everything you need however, there isn't much more to do in Lezzeno, so bare this in mind as last ferry is usually around 7pm.

We loved the central location on the lake making it easy to get short ferry rides to different locations to explore. The restaurant and bar were great quality with a large selection of food and drink on offer. The options for pizza at the restaurant was extensive and the pizzas were to die for. The fact water sports, kayaking and access to the deck and lake for swimming was included with the room. Lots of options for breakfast, including vegan options. The views of the lake were incredible. There was a safe in the room which was free to use. Rooms were cleaned every day and to a high standard.

We didn’t know there were two buildings. The beachfront building was very modern. Our friends were booked there. We were in the original building. Across the street from the beach! The pictures on the Booking.com didn’t show there was a berry busy road between us and the beach. Also, when we came in and walked up the stairs to our room, the hallways were threadbare and worn out. It gave me a creepy feeling that it was going to be a dumpy room. The rooms were much better than what the hallways portrayed. They need to renovate the hallways with either new carpet, or rip them up and tile the floors!!!!

The facilities were spotless. They had a beautifully clean breakfast area. The bathroom was renovated.

The drive to Lezzeno was challenging. The roads are very narrow; you have to be extra careful. The day we drove to Bellagio to take a cruise across to Varena, we were stuck in traffic for 1.5 hours. A car fell into the terrain; it was scary.

The hotel has a private "beach" area where you can swim in the lake, free use of the kayak and water facilities. It's only 18 mins drive to Bellagio. We paid extra for a room with balcony; the view is to die for! Staff is always on hand and very helpful. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes; delicious and beautiful ambience. Breakfast has good options too!

We thought the staff were amazing and loved how helpful they were with arranging day trips for us and taxis and general advice. We ate in their restaurant too and the food was great.
