The room decor was a little basic with no tea/coffee facilities in the room (not a huge problem as there is a bar, or supplied at breakfast), and breakfast choice was enjoyable but not extensive, with a few elements cold when I would have expected them to be hot.

Location is absolutely perfect for a short pleasant walk to the historic centre, the beach and the Roman villa, with the lake view from our room being outstanding. The staff made us feel like we were family, it was such a joy being welcomed by them every day. The pizza at lunchtime was great, and hot chocolate at breakfast was the best I've ever had! We are recommending the hotel to our family and friends, and would like to come back some day!

pool beds need an upgrade. but apart from that small detail the rest was fab.

it was small and intimate, you get to know the owners, employees and other guests very quickly. which made it feel so homely and relaxing. pet friendly hotel and the others pets were the first ones to great us. As pet lovers this was a fantastic start to the holiday.

Lovely hotel just out of the busy centre of Sirmione but an easy walk about 5mins. Great location to explore and very close to ferry point. Pool area was lovely and relaxed well maintained and the pool bar offered drinks and snacks from 12pm all very good value! It’s a dog friendly hotel which we loved as we had left our pooch behind 2 resident dogs very friendly and great to see around - our teenage sons loved them! Beds very comfortable think they have been replaced recently views great of the lake but I also liked the garden view room as well that our boys had. Rooms are alittle retro but once settled in they are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent you order wherever you want from menu the evening before at a time slot and it is ready for you wherever you would like to eat it - room, pool, garden! Everyone very accommodating and friendly all staff were brilliant! Would definitely recommend and if we are in the area again wouldn’t hesitate staying here!

On occasion you could hear other guests closing doors etc .. but this was a case of maybe being not so thoughtful of other people in the hotel

Nice place to stay a couple of days in Sirmione. Hotel is good, with a very friendly host! She is very helpful. You can choose where you want to eat your breakfast in the garden, which is very nice.

I didnt like how the hotel did not have an iron. We were there for a wedding and it was really tricky to get the creases out of our clothes. - had to resur using our hair dryer Haha! 🙈 but other than this, hotel was fabulous.

Nothing major as it was very hot, but the shower was quite cold!

The location was amazing, peaceful beautiful gardens and a few minutes walk from stunning Jamaica beach. The town and all the shops were only a few minutes in the other direction. Breakfast was a big highlight! so tasty, generous and you could have it delivered to your room, eat in the aromatic herb garden or eat in the breakfast room - we loved it. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

Nothing - everything was top class.

We spent four nights in this beautiful small hotel a 3 minute walk from all the main attractions in Sirmione. Friendly staff - the pool bar man was so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a real treat - ordered the night before and served anywhere you like. And the added luxury of a pool to cool down in after a great day out and about. We loved every minute.

Nothing. This is a small traditional family hotel and delivers a relaxing environment.

A tranquil and peaceful oasis within easy reach of the bustle of Sirmione old Town (5 minute stroll). Rooms were traditional family hotel and have all you need with a view of the lake framed by olive trees. The pool was a real bonus, particularly on a hot and humid afternoon! The owner and her staff were brilliant, friendly and everything is done with a smile - we will revisit!

There was nothing we didn't like, possibly, if we had to find something, the bathroom could do with a revamp. But that is being picky.???

Keep in mind, this hotel is located at the top of a hill, which allows for beautiful views, but also means you have to drag your suitcase up it.

The shower was clean and adequate but would have been better if a little bigger and more modern.

The view from the balcony was spectacular! Often there is an option of a garden, sea/lake or mountain view, well this had all three. Breakfast on the balcony with that view will be an enduring memory, however it can be served anywhere of your choice and the garden gazebo was also a favourite spot. Good quality and plenty of choice. Our hosts and their staff were extremely helpful and friendly, truly making us feel at home. I am sure we will return.

The location is incredible - you litteraly have to go inside the fortress to acess the hotel :) the views to the lake from the balconies are breath taking. The hostess was sharming and very caring. I also liked the pool a lot!
