Great location, good breakfast, and awesome coffee. Parking available, rooftop terrace great space, room with balcony and view excellent. Rafaello is very helpful . Bed very comfortable. Great property overall.

Difficult to get information about ferries from this area, there was a hydrofoil which stopped but we had to head to Ischia port to get the information plus tickets.

Ideal location, lovely town with plenty of accessible food options. Good view from balcony, quiet at night, good breakfast included. Small hotel, not a chain, friendly staff. Ischia a beautiful Island, felt very cultural, not pretentious at all.

All was perfect, balcony privacy could be enhanced perhaps.

Terrace with jacuzzi is top. Location is great. Suite with sea view is perhaps the best place to watch sunset on the island.

Everything was great.

The room was very beautiful, breakfast great, the jaccuzi absolutely amazing with a beautiful view towards the sea and the white church and the city and mountains in the back. Stunning place!

There wasn't really much to dislike!

I can't fault this hotel, the staff were exceptionally friendly. I lost my headphones in the room and they really went above and beyond to get them back to me when I returned home. The stay was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea out our window. The breakfast was perfect, loads of options, always plenty to go around and really great service by the staff too. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, they definitely made us feel like kings and queens, their kindness, professionalism and advice made our stay extra special. The hotel is very beautiful and perfectly located. We managed to move around either by foot or bus. The swimming pools are heated and great, especially the jacuzzi overlooking both the sea and the mountains. The breakfast is incredible with many home made pies, a selection of juices and both sweet and savoury dishes. We will certainly come back

We had a balcony overlooking the sea. The facilities were very clean and the staff was eager to be helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a variety to choose from. Location was easy to shopping, ferries, hot springs, etc. Nice terrace for small group gatherings. Will stay next time we are in Ischia/Forio.

The rooftop terrace with hot tub jacuzzi was a favorite end-of-day way to relax (as was the heated pool). The location was perfect: less than a 10-minute walk from the ferry, major bus stops and "restaurant row" across from the port. And when you walked out the door of the hotel and turned right, you were on Via Giovanni Mazella and then Corso Francesco Regine and its wonderful array of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. We had booked a mini suite which had an unobstructed view of the water immediately across the street. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; the restaurant staff was attentive and remembered our coffee orders from the first morning of our four-day stay. The breakfast offerings were typical of the region and were fresh and nicely displayed.

Perfect location. Fabulous views. 2 minute walk to the main street in Forio with lots of bars restaurants and shops. Really comfy bed, clean rooms, lovely staff team who were so helpful. Gorgeous roof top terrace with hot tub to relax and sunbathe during the day and watch the best sunset at night! Lovely breakfast, great selection of food. Really enjoyed our stay, very sad to leave and we are planning on returning in 2024! Big thank you to all the Nettuno staff.

Amazing location, perfect view, 5 minutes walk from the port and from a really beautiful center with plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. The staff was really kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Pulling the chairs at top in the terrace disturbed us down at the room and woke up our baby a few times. Chairs could be modified to transmit less noise. Also a rampage could be good for the stroller for easier access to the hotel.

Facility was super clean and the staff was so friendly. It is at the center of the town and has easy access to nice places. We loved our stay.
