It was clean and presented as pictured. It’s 15/20mins from city centre but we knew that when booking. Very easy access to parking and the tram. Communication from the staff was great.

It is not exactly near the city center, but there is a tram at the door of the apartment. I stayed at the first floor and it was very noisy.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The apartment has a nice kitchen and the space is great. The self check in with the codes is great.

It is not so close to the city. You can’t walk but tram is 1 min away.

It’s a big and comfortable room. Very clean. Staff was very lovely and helpful. Tram is next to the apartment.

We sat on the balcony a bit. Would have been nicer without the screen covering it.

Room was great with small kitchen area, bed was very comfortable. We needed to be closer to the airport, so the location was good, especially with the tram right there.

The only thing that was bothering is the 11 numbers code for every possible door instead of having a card or key. And Since its on the boulevard is very noisy day and night.

Great location with balconies and views of the Adriatic Sea . The building is modern and well situated and maintained. Helpful staff and great breakfast that is included in the price of the room .

It was a bit noisy from outside and thin walls. I actually woke up a few times on the first night from loud noises and I normally can sleep through city noises. the second night I did sleep fine. It helps if you close the bathroom door, it seems to be where a lot of the noise comes from, at least in our case. I didn’t hear any noise from other rooms near by. The elevator is terrible and slow, we actually only used it one time in our 2 day stay and that was to get our luggage to our room. On the way down we opted for stairs after waiting 3 minutes for the lift. The kitchen was locked off in our room and I don’t really understand why? We weren’t going to cook anyway, but we might have used a microwave if one was available? I wouldn’t know though since I couldn’t access it. I didn’t bother raising this with reception as we were only there for 2 nights anyway. Lastly it was a bit confusing finding the building, as there wasn’t any signage. But we did get a WhatsApp message the day before with the correct address for reception, so that was helpful at least!

Very close to a tram stop! Only 15 mins to the city. The apartment felt clean and spacious. I appreciated the fact that there was no key for entering the apartment, it made checking out easier! The woman at reception was very friendly and very clear with her instructions on how to enter building, and where to store luggage etc. which we appreciated!

The check-in information was very confusing and it should be clarified from the very beginning that there are two locations of front door and that the reception is on a different location. This was not sent to me until a few days before check-in and a lengthy email that I failed to see all the parking information and get it in the email. Plus I was only sent video re arriving by walking. We arrived by car rental. We were tired and did not enjoy the confusion. Very stressful for tired travelers. Receptionist was pleasant once we finally found her. Send both videos and better explain where to park car etc.

Elevator has a weird mode of operation and was slow to operate. Vicinity is somewhat noisy at night.

Location is ok with easy tram access to the airport. The hotel is a little difficult to find with reception around the corner from the actual location listed in Bookings.

Finding reception was difficult but the staff were helpful. The temperature light on the Aircon unit was soooo bright at night.

Big room, nice kitchen with lots of facilities including a dishwasher. Helpful staff. Tram stop right outside.

Kitchen could be better equipped, no bowls for musli/porridge, no coffee machine.

Clean and nice apartment, location is good, the tram stop is in 5 minutes and with the tram you can reach the center in 15 minutes. Well organized self check-in and out.

The room was nice and spacious, and had its own kitchenette and bathroom. It was well located with direct tram to the centre. Great for longer stay in Florence.

As it is on a main road it is a little noisy. The rooms could do with updating but were very clean and spacious for the price.

We chose the apartment as we needed to be near the airport which is 5 minutes by tram. It was also an easy 15 minutes tram ride to the city centre. The check in staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately the door of the room was on the main street and the noise of the traffic and the tramvia early in the morning was waking me up.

The position is very convenient, in front of the tramvia stop for both the city center and train station, and the airport. Bar pasticceria Gaetano is in front as well so no breakfast issue: cappuccino and brioche is waiting for you!
