It looks really old, rooms are oldish, hand towels in the bathroom are like napkins for the table. The ambience is kinda scary in the corridors, you go downstairs and you don't feel you are in a Mercure hotel, you feel like in a shady motel. Restaurant, breakfast is really good, but the same you enter to a sad place a guy that just comes to ask you "room number" and you never see them again.

Location is really good , walking distance to everything and the parking next door is practical

There was a young lady at the reception when we checked out. I find her not so helpful as when I passed her a slip to get my cooler bag, she just ignored me. I asked her again and she just ignored me as I wanted to repack quickly before driving off. How disappointing at her attitude. This is a hospitality industry, perhaps she should consider working with computers ! Thank you.

My husband and I were greeted by a smiling and friendly front office lady name Feliciana, she was always pleasant and smiling, we appreciated that . Luxe toiletries was provided for in the bath Parking is possible nearby and cost 18€ per day overnight and the keys must be left with them. Location is very convenient. Thank you.

Parking was a bit on the expensive side at 18 euros a night and the hotel is located just inside the edge of the ZTL zone. The decor needs an update, as it's a bit gaudy. Fixtures in the bathroom (shower heads) were leaky.

Located very close to all the attractions in Parma and very easy to get around. Breakfast was very good and he room was comfortable. Everything was clean and the front desk staff were very helpful with tips on where to spend your time during the visit. Free umbrellas could be borrowed. Some interesting historical information in the lobby.

There was a minor issue with an irritating, flashing red LED on the smoke detector in the room, but nothing I haven't experienced at other hotels.

The hotel is nice and quite comfortable, and the location is extremely convenient to the historic center of Parma. Parking is available (at an extra cost) at a garage immediately adjacent to the hotel.

location is great, walking distance to the train station, nearby has Esse and cafe room is old design but bed is comfort, need to inform them to turn the air conditioner to manual mode if you prefer your room to be colder staff is friendly , always receive warm welcome when i step in the hotel especially at night i checked out to another city for few days and when i'm back to Mercure the staff placed my luggage into my room without the hassle for me to carry it myself

breakfast was very good. location was good. Parking was very next to hotel and very convenient although have to pay extra money which is worthwhile. The hotel is in the corner of street and was noisy . The street cleaning people started cleaning the street early in the morning with loud noise although it has nothing to do with the hotel.

I asked about a taxi for the next morning and was told, no problem, come down 10 min ahead of time in the morning. When we did so, no taxi available, all booked. It isnot far to the train station, but I have a bad foot.
