The rooms are very much outdated. It was a mix between motel 6 and my grandmothers decor for the garden view room. Also the floor/walls was always wet for some strange reason. Also keep a heads up they come in your room unannounced. The food in the resort isn’t good. They have a buffet and other restaurants ,but on a scale it’s about a 3. Heads up they only have RUM , rum punch , white rum no other liquor I was rummed out by the 2nd day.

The view and the pool were both amazing. I also appreciated that they came to get you whenever you needed to go somewhere on the hotel grounds.

I was royally embarrassed by an agent the represented the adventure tour company that was in the lobby, i was trying to take a picture on the bike and she shouted at me with a lobby filled with other guests "miss you cannot go on the bike", I told her there was no sign so she only needed to nicely say, miss you are not allowed to sit or stand on the bike to take pictures. Even after saying that she did not answer, she only looked at me in a disgusting manner. This was a very horrible experience and had me feeling very embarrassed. Otherwise my stay was ok, I do believe that the options for food were limited as one of the days my son had classes online and was not allowed to take food to the room for him.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly especially the spa and waiters. The meals were all well done and the pastries were amazing, that chef should be promoted.

Friendliness of the staff is not always there (e.g. in the clothing stores), although most were nice to very nice. Some of the buildings could use some patching up.

Most of the staff members are nice and helpful. The pools are wonderful! Our 4 year old son really loved the kiddy pool. The theme restaurants are nice!

I came with my mom for my birthday and her mothers day celebration. There were a group of people holding up the line so we didn't check in on time. Once we got to the room there was no one to take us in and show us around, the safe was not working so we had to search for a house keeper who then called a technician who programmed it. First day we only had dinner because of that. We asked for a tour of the property and was told it was not allowed and was also told by the Mo'Bay restaurant that night that we weren't allowed to take anyfood outside the restaurant.

We loved that the hotel took covid seriously and was always sanitizing and advising guests to wear there mask. I loved the beach that was close to block 40. The infinity pool was not overcrowded and it was really good. I loved the food and the choices we had. I also enjoyed the Michael Jackson concert

Wanted to extend stay but was given the run around. Booking.com repeatedly sent requests but front desk said they did not recieve it.. They were more interested in charging me the higher price by booking directly with them..This is our 4th time at the resort but i guess my money is not worth anything.

What I didn't like was the the misleading pictures of the room that are displayed when making the reservation, the room I made the reservation for was the complete opposite, I was really disappointed especially being that it was my birthday and I just wanted to relax in the cozy room with the panoramic view from what I saw In the picture. I feel like I was robbed,

My mini refrigerator was empty, no remote for the TVs, my black out drapes were missing, the floor in my room felt dirty. I called the front desk but They weren’t prompt enough. Despite this , the staff I interacted with were very polite. The front desk agent Tanya, sports bar server Dadra, lobby assistant stacy, a few bartenders that I forgot their names. They made a difference in my experience, they were very nice!! Overall I’d still stay at this resort again, hopefully they’ll get the room right this time. I made a reservation for my mom and her room was spectacular so I’m just gna believe that mine was somewhat a little mishap.

Some staffs seems to be racist. And my room was missing the amenities on arrival. I have to towel dry my hair and has to go to the front desk to request a iron. It the mobay restaurant for breakfast the service was poor, nobody came to our table to serve is. We was sitting for over 10 minutes with our breakfast without a fork however i asked for a fork an we were sitting in the middle and they visited all the tables numerous times to check on them and nobody stopped by ours not even to offer water

Breakfast at the blue lagoon was lovely and the staffs were great. however my first experience was at mobay the service was very poor and i wasn't pleased.

I had a slip and fall coming out of the Jacuzzi and my situation was dealt with poorly. The nurse and the night receptionist were very rude to me. I reported the issue and no one seems to care or follow out to see if I was ok.

When we reported issues such as the fact that our phone was not working, 3 days in a row to the front desk we were told someone would come to fix it but no one did. Some of the younger male staff made sexually suggestive comments which made me and my friend feel uncomfortable.

No lift to get to room so had to carry buggy up and down stairs a lot. Food quality was low. Swimming pool was a bit cold.

Nice grounds. Lots of restaurants. Lots of bars. Nice gym. The rooms were fantastic. Really modern. Really clean. Very very family friendly.
