Inside my room was everything nice and clean. But when you step outside, all it's dirty smelly messy, mainly around elevator downstairs. Should use more and one deep cleaning! The room also don't have WiFi, which is big down! This should be in hotel's information, cuz this is the only accommodation so far where is WiFi only in the lounge (which u don't want to sit, how bad is it!)

Nice cheap price and private room, my room was clean and had AC, TV, and regular bed ( I was nicely surprised!) ONLY WIFI WAS MISSING!

The place smells awful in some parts, mostly in the ground floor. There is a mix of tabacco, humidity and trash that makes it horrible till you reach the elevator. In the room the smell was okey tho.

The price was fair and the room was clean and comfortable.

the public bathroom had a bad smell. the hall also had a bad smell.

the staff are good. cheap, and it's close to iconic spot like tsutenkaku or tennoji. and the gastronomy are cheaper comparing to namba or the other osaka part. u can actually find 100 yen okonomiyaki. and it's close to imamiya station

Toilets were not good but usable and on the same floor as the room, but the showers were far away on the first floor. The women's showers are located inside the kitchen and it can be uncomfortable to go there alone. I stayed with my (male) partner and would not recommend this hotel for women alone. If you have good company or if you're a man, it's a cheap and very interesting option. We definitely had lots of fun!

No WiFi in rooms only in the lobby area, otherwise you can rent a WiFi router for additional charge. Rooms are quite small, I needed to upgrade my room just to be able to fit my suitcases in and be able to sleep. My room, even after the upgrade, lacked heating and it was extremely cold inside going down to 13 degrees during the night. There are also very few available plugs for chargers etc. Be prepared to bring a splitter that allows you to have more plugs for yourself or unplugging the TV or fridge to make room for your devices. Toilets and showers are shared. As a separate note you will need to leave a key deposit of 1000¥ for the room key, but you can use that, for example, for the airport train ticket after checking-out.

Convenient location next to the Nankai airport train, JR, and the subway. Friendly service was a plus. Room rates are very economical, however I would highly suggest booking a room in the new building for some added comforts, mainly proper AC and Tatami mats.

Smoking area at the entrance is disgusting. Illegal immigrants living there. Staff at reception dont speak any English at all. I only recommend this hostel if you are travelling on a tight budget.
