The room was very small

The location was good, not far from a major train station. Breakfast was ok but there weren't a lot of choices.

The room was kind of small for two tall people. With the check-in baggage, there was very little place to walk around. Breakfast was in the near restaurant which is in the hotel building. There were four options to choose from together with milk, orange juice, matcha tea, or water. All three breakfast options were tasty.

The hotel has a great location, near Shimbashi station with a variety of metro and train lines there. The room was clean, and towels were changed every two days.

The room was kind of small, especially for the two of us with a height of around 190 cm. With the check-in luggage, we have a little place for walking around the room. The room has one window that cannot be opened, but the ventilation system is good at doing air refreshing.

The location of the hotel is great, just a couple of minutes of walk to the Shimbashi station and about 20 minutes to the Ginza. The room and the hotel facilities were really clean. The staff in the hotel was kind and supportive.

The room was rather small.

Check in was simple via an automated machine. Included breakfast was delightful. The hotel is situated in a very cute neighborhood with lots of small restaurants and shops. Also very convenient to Shimbasi station

Rooms are small. But has everything you would need.

The hotel is in the Shumbashi area, very conveniently located near the main train line to tokyo station and a direct train to Narita international. The rooms are small but good for putting your head down. The staff was very helpful in arranging the luggage transfer. The location is the best feature.

You couldn't open the windows of the room and ventilation was a bit difficult, but you had an air purifier available so that helped.

The location was honestly the best. 5min walk to the Shimbashi Station in the Yamanote Line.

Room was small, and the price of $311 for 3 nights (including breakfast) in March 2023 was higher than it should have been (something closer to $65-75/night would have been more fair). Breakfast had only 4 choices, which were pretty limited, and I would not have prepaid for breakfast had I known them (plus I asked if I could cancel breakfast during check-in at the front desk, and was told it was not possible).

Breakfast. It was a cupon for a breakfast in a restaurant located in the same building. I didn't like it as the options were very limited and the portions were small so I decided to just get a breakfast somewhere else.

The room was ok, clean, comfortable with Tokyo Tower view which is a plus. Location was also perfect as it was few mins walk from Tokyo Tower and few mins walk from Shimbashi station where you can hop on Yamanote line (JR train so no additional fee if you have JR pass) and go to almost every famous location!

Bathroom was super clean, no funky smell at all. Wonderful location. Many restaurants and bars in the area that are open late. There's a Lawson's next to the lobby and a Family Mart in the neighboring building.

The hotel is on top of a Lawson's so very convenient in case you need/want something to eat/drink and close to all the izakaya restaurants in Shimbashi and the station

It was just a quick stop over but the hotel is close to subway and tons of good restaurants. Im coming back later to enjoy the facilities.

The room is very small and one can barely open a big luggage near the bed.

The room was clean and the location was perfect for us to roam the streets and have fun during the night in the busy streets of Tokyo. For a quick stay - couple of days the hotel is great.

The space was a little cramp for 2 large luggages, it was quite hard to unpack my bag, but i understand the space is limited and it's already very well designed! Overall, don't hate it.

Love the toilet and bed, i had the best sleep! The toilet was extremely comfortable and the water was always hot.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows, double room was quite small so was quite a struggle to have both suitcases open. Rooms had different style power sockets than the classic Japanese style we were prepared for, so we had to purchase an adapter from downstairs.

Convenient location, only a couple minutes walk from Shimbashi station with many food options nearby. Room was clean.

i stayed in two different room on different occasions, the glass bathroom door is fine and a nice touch for spaciousness but not so nice when the room layout has the bed directly faces the toilet bowl.
