Bed was too hard. No English language stations that weren’t news. TV not smart.

Great location. Tuktuk (remok) immediately available outside hotel but we walked as it was not far. Grocery store nearby. Excellent food at breakfast and in restaurant. Wonderful pool area. Gym available. Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. One of the staff (Kimsinh) communicated with us a lot through WhatsApp to cater to our needs. He was very forthright. Our room was quite large as we were upgraded at checkin. Bed was huge! Air conditioner worked great. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

A bit more shade over the pool so the water is not hot. It was not refreshing to swim on a 41c day. The property a little dated but good value for money.

Staff were excellent especially Kimsinh We were given a free upgrade and the buffet breakfast as excellent. 10 min walk to Pub street.

I was victim to an attempted scam after being contacted by the hotel through Booking.com quoting my booking reference saying payment had not been processed and I needed to pay within 24 hours to confirm room. I emailed the hotel about this and received an indifferent response. I suspect with the hotel or an employee were involved. When I arrived I was upgraded to a suite but no mention was made of the scam.

The young staff at this hotel were exceptional and a credit to their country.

Hotel was in a good area close enough to what we wanted to do at Angkor Wat. Pub street was in walking distance for the evening food and drinks. Plenty of Tuk Tuk’s if you didn’t fancy walking. Staff were very friendly and a great choice for breakfast in the morning.

There was a large window area in my room but the design - 2 sets, internal glazing of large panes and external of small square panes - prevented accessing much of a view.

My room was really comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and attentive. Good sized swimming pool. Great location just 10 mins walk or so into the centre which has plenty pf bars, restaurants and markets.

Property looks a bit tired in some places. Lack of wardrobe/storage space in bedroom.

Lovely pool area with padded sun loungers + food & drink service. Decent location, 10min walk to Pub street. Friendly staff. Large, spacious family room - huge emperor bed + 2 single beds for teens with 2 bathrooms. Water was refilled daily. Amazing value for money

We found that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was good and anything that you would think that you would need was already provided with the room. The Hotel is situated close to most attractions and friendly Tuk Tuk drivers are easy to find. The pool area was awesome which all together made for a very pleasant stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are back this way.
