Very good location, within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and Seomyeon subway station. Breakfast was excellent, the staff very professional and kind. The deluxe twin room we chose to stay was really spacious with good amenities and beautiful views of the city. Will definitely choose to stay here again!

The location was great with plenty of cafes in walking distance. Also, the staff were extremely helpful as we had an issue arranging for our luggage to be taken to Seoul and they sorted it out for us!

The smell and scent used in the lobby floor as you go out of the elevator. It is a strong scent which some people may not favor. Perhaps use a more soothing scent like lavender or sweet mint.

Hotel is connected to the shopping center and food court. Room is spacious and the view from the top floor is beautiful.

Please include coffee cream or powdered whitener white coffee. Instructing guests to go to a convenience store to buy coffee is unusual and subpar for this level of hotel, but's it's what we had to do.

The bathroom is very dark / lacks light so not very practical. The bedroom was also not super soundproof

Everything was great.

We went to Busan for the lantern fest at Samgwansa temple and looked for a hotel in Seomyeon: many buses go from Seomyeon directly to the temple or you can even walk there (3km), it takes only 25 minutes to go to Haeundae or Gamcheon village, less to Busan station. Lotte Hotel proved to be an excellent choice: rooms with spectacular views, all the furniture looked newly restored, very nice lounges, excellent wifi, good coffee, beautiful external pool, everyone extremely helpful — we will stay there again, when in Busan.

There was a sizable stain on the wall that needed to be cleaned off. Looked like some sort of food stain.

We got a extremely spacious room and bathroom. The toiletries were nice too. Also there is a on-site sauna that allows 1 free attendance for guests per day. The beds were soft too. Overall all items were bit elevated from

The only thing I didn't like was that the front desk staff member when we first checked in was not that friendly.

It's centrally located and it was connected to the department store. The spa and gym feature was also really great!

Only downside, rooms are quite old school looking, the bathroom especially. Also if you’re looking to charge your phone next to you as you sleep… think again all the plugs are towards the end of the bed or on the desk under the TV and may not fit any bulky adaptors either!

Beautiful hotel with the most splendid spaced rooms! The view of Busan from the hotel is breathtaking and the staff are so attentive and friendly! The breakfast is basically a banquet and everything was fantastic

The evening manager on duty helped us get cabs from the airport at midnight to the hotel. He and the rest of the service staff were incredibly attentive. We were never ignored or put off. They were there with maps, water, extra towels, and advice. So happy we stayed there. LOVED the robot!! And the BREAKFAST was so delicious and worth the money. One of the best I've had. The hotel was immaculate and beautiful.

Beautiful hotel. Access the rail system and shops without having to go outside. Good surrounding food and shopping. Good gym with sauna and hot tubs/baths. Staff were always eager to help from the time we entered.

The gentleman at the concierge brought up our luggage and nicely introduced all facilities, huge compliment to Lora Lee at the concierge when we checking out, found my missing bag and walk us to the taxi , what a demonstration of 5 star hotel service
