I have used this hotel many times. But, this time upon checking in, I had to change rooms as the first room had a weird dusty smell, and there was construction outside, which was loud. The second room was really small, but the main issue was that none of the rooms had a bathtub. (When I booked this room, it stated that I've stayed in that room type before, but upon check-in, that was not the case). I was told that the hotel was fully booked, but this was also not true as up until the late evening, there were still rooms available on book.com The staff were friendly and apologised when I was checking out, but I will think twice about staying here again.

It was quite dirty. From dust to even some mold. Especially the bathroom. Looks like the maintenance bill hasn’t been high as everything looks like a child has assembled most of it.

Some of the facilities did not match the pictures on the listing, which was dissapointing as we could not do much about it after checkin in.

I liked the location, right next to the most happening beach of Busan and good connection to the other major parts of the city.

The hotel needs some maintenance. Our room had a broken lampshade, door to bathroom won't lock. Some power points did not work. The walls are so thin and I could hear the people from the next room talking and a child wailing at 2 in the morning.

Great location. Just a short wallk to Haeundae Beach and places to eat. Also has a carpark and access to convenience store on the groundfloor.

The air conditioner doesn't work and even though we called the staff they didn't want to fix it. The last day of my stay was pretty hot and I couldn't use the air conditioner. However, the staff told me that heater was available. Why on Earth would I want a heater in late April?? The bed although big was not very comfy...

The location is good and the room is big enough. The bathtub is also good.

The treatment of the reception staff was very bad with customers, they treated foreigners racist, they didn't know that Im fluent in Korean so i understood every single world they say to each other about us, the room was not clean and There was a sound of water pipes, I could not sleep,also The room is not as described at all
