Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South KoreaI have used this hotel many times. But, this time upon checking in, I had to change rooms as the first room had a weird dusty smell, and there was construction outside, which was loud. The second room was really small, but the main issue was that none of the rooms had a bathtub. (When I booked this room, it stated that I've stayed in that room type before, but upon check-in, that was not the case). I was told that the hotel was fully booked, but this was also not true as up until the late evening, there were still rooms available on book.com The staff were friendly and apologised when I was checking out, but I will think twice about staying here again.

New ZealandThe hotel needs some maintenance. Our room had a broken lampshade, door to bathroom won't lock. Some power points did not work. The walls are so thin and I could hear the people from the next room talking and a child wailing at 2 in the morning.
Great location. Just a short wallk to Haeundae Beach and places to eat. Also has a carpark and access to convenience store on the groundfloor.

However, the staff told me that heater was available. Why on Earth would I want a heater in late April?? The bed although big was not very comfy...
