We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomI booked 12 nights at the Movenpick and was so disappointed that I changed to come and stay at the courtyard and what a surprised. The staff were so friendly so welcoming. The hotel is in the middle of kuwait city and inside one of the mall with all coffee places which was a bonus for us. We used the gym the steam room and the sauna. The cleaning team was amazing and always made sure we had everything. I am coming back in April and will be here for sure.

United KingdomFridge in the room was not good. It didn’t have a freezer inside of it and the temperature could not be adjusted. It actually didn’t keep things inside cool enough. I had to give my insulin cool pack to the reception every night to put it in their refrigerator and took it back after in the morning that I was not comfortable with. For a luxury hotel like this, I would recommend replacing all of your outdated fridges with more up to date and luxury models.
