Very hard to get in, nobody to support you, no hot water, no heating, no extra bed clothes, electric stove not working, nobody to care to fix this troubles that I found, very sorry to choose this property for 2 nights

lift not working when we checked in, and we were stuck in the lift as a group when went down, lucky our phone was working.. and lucky we didn't have big luggage so made it easy for us to carry up and the host didn't empty dirty water in the kitchen so leaking and smell very bad so we need empty it so annoying. always emptying that tank and double-checking before new guests check in will be great

public transport is free in this city so it is good, kitchen, room, near public transport and coffee shop

the sink in the kitchen was not working. apparently not something recent but an on going issue no yet solved. we weren’t informed before arriving hence we only got to know by the notes left in the apartment. in addition to this l, there’s been a change in the access to the property : an additional code to enter was needed. again no one told us about this and we were lucky to read a note in the elevator of the property. having failed to do so, we could have not accessed the apartment the second night. all in all we don’t feel we were well informed by the owners of the property

the location is perfect, at the city center, close to the tram stop and walking distance of the down town

The space really feels like it hasn't been refurbished/loved in quite some time, and didn't quite represent what was shown on the listing pictures. Unfortunately, a few areas of the studio felt like they were not cleaned prior to our arrival, and all kitchen facilities left us desiring better. An additional small, but significant comment is to be made about the kettle, which we had to clean before boiling some water, and the absence of any tea/coffee/snacks at all despite being mentioned (with prices) in the welcome book. Very unfortunate, as the check-in, communication, value, and location were all good.

The location of the studio is super convenient! Close to a bunch of bars, cafes, and restaurants, as well as a vibrant shopping area. A short walk to the train station and other transport routes.

Not looked after: Kitchen sink not emptying. - Reported by someone months ago and still not fixed. No proper pillows or Duvets. Curtains a mess. TV remote had flat batteries.

The drain in the kitchen was completely clogged the whole time we were there so we couldn't use it. We had to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink. Not a pleasant experience. Also, some of the silverware and dishes were no clean when we were going to use them. We had to clean them before we even used them. We were never able to get the hot plate to work.

location was great. Many restaurants very close by and the transit system tram and bus stops were also very close by.

The appartement was not really clean. It is not that it was that dirty, but it should be cleaned more profoundly. It was nice to have a small kitchen, but there were no towels available to dry after washing the dishes, the pans and plates were not clean and the kitchen sink was clogged. Furthermore, the shop where you can leave your luggage is a bit shady. We had to leave our luggage in a bathroom of the shop that was locked. The host there said to us that our luggage was our responsibility, so it did feel like a risk to leave it there. It was only for 2 hours so it was fine, but I wouldn't like to leave my luggage there for a whole day. If the appartement is cleaned more thoroughly and the luggage storage was better, I would definitely return!

I loved the location of the apartment and the size of it. It is perfect for a short stay and it is nice to have your own kitchen.

The room was very old and not up to current standarts. The bathroom tiles are cracked, there is paint falling from the walls, the kitchen sink is not working, and the door knob was falling of.

Location was good, and although aged the room was clean (less so the floor in front of the apartment, which had a bad smell)

It was a really mouldy smell in the apt, and I got very allergic. The "balcony" was like a windowpost. Someome should clean as well, as places like the bathroom door was grey from dirty fingers. Could not use the kitchen sink due to a leakage.

Good location. A lot of nice places to eat/drink at Place de Paris a few metres away. The bed was comfortable.

Apartment is definitely in need of renovation. Even a basic spruce up would do. Double pillows instead of single, basic maintenance, and updating of property would make this an amazing property. And yes sink was still blocked (over 2 years from what I gather) and note advising not to use, partner washed cutlery in bathroom sink...far from desirable. Major safety issue with balcony, missing a couple bricks meaning there is a significant gap which someone could easily slip through, also cleaning equipment stored on balcony. Property has great potential if just a little care and attention is put in to updating it.

The kitchen sink didn't work and the electric jug was not very clean inside, so I didn't use it. Check in and out wasn't quite clear enough.
