The advertised TV appeared to be entirely for show, empty screen propped up without a place to plug it in, no remote or cable box or wires or anything. I wasn't really upset about this, it was mostly amusing. Please come stay here~

Amazing location with nice access to local parks and restaurants. You can easily walk to the central portions of Riga's old town. From here it's only a couple blocks to a large plaza and the central market is walkable. Really nice to have our own kitchen to keep the fresh goods we purchased and keep the trip affordable. Much bigger room than we were expecting.

In the booking there is photo of beautiful front of the building. In fact the building was in different place and shabby. While hosts informed that has places in different locations, I think it is quite misleading. The doors in the apartment were notably repaired, however It moved and looked like easy to force with stronger push. I did not feel comfortable to leave my things.

Apartment was on the 3rd floor - it was not a problem for me; but it could be for some people. No lids for the pan and saucepans :)

Location was good. Apartment was nice and spacious. Though I did not meet with the owner, I got answers to my questions quite promptly. Some parts of the apartment need repair (shower-room for example), but everything was still working at the moment. So it is maybe not for people who prefere something totally chic, but if you are a bit bohemian and are able to take it easy, the place is really for you.

As usual, parking is difficult in the old town. Fortunately, the host guided us and we found a parking space near the apartment in the old town. In July 2023, we were charged it for 40 eur/ 24h. In another place, we were able to negotiate the price down 20 eur/24h. The apartment was located on a 3rd floor of a building without an elevator. This creates difficulties for older visitors (just for information).

It was a fantastic location in the old town and by the Daugava river. You live in the old town within walking distance of attractions and eating places "LIDO". A very good sized apartment for a family.

the toilet has bad smell, and the apartmanet wasnt very clean. We cant find a vine glasses :(

The dishes were a bit dirty and required rewashing. The drain in the shower was apparently clogged, so you had to take shower very fast to prevent an overflow. The apartment was located on a 3rd floor of a building without an elevator.

Location is ideal. Apartments was generally clean. Toilet and bathroom rooms are separate. There is a washing machine.

Keys are picked up and dropped off at a different address. When you are with suitcases and in a new city it is definitely inconvenient.

The apartment has both ++ and -- The location is in the heart of Riga, right in the center of the 'old town'. In combination with quite cheap price it's a big advantage. It's also really close to the bus station. Calm, quite neighbours. On the other hand, the comvenience might be much better. The floors were not clean, I had to wash them before my family (with 2 kids) arrived. Also there was no microwave and no simple kitchen products like salt, sugar, oil, tea.. Usually all the apartments always have this kind of set. Then the shower was always quite hot and it was really difficult to switch the tap.

Apartment locates at 5th floor, no elevator available. It is real very tired to carry heavy luggage into the apartment. On weeken (Sat. Night), There is overnight party in bar. So noise with glass smashed, cream, loughing, from 9pm until 4 am. I almost,can not sleep. The bed is too soft.

Excellent location, at heard of old town. A few min walking to everywhere. And bed rooms,living room, and kitchen are very big.

Position of the apartment was total great. Equipment of the flat was enough for us, beds were comfortable, view from the windows amazing. Only think is 5th floor without elevator, but we are young and healthy .)

I had the problems with getting the instructions how to get there as the apartment was on the other street than stated here (but we loved the location even more!) My advice for the owner: use the whatspapp number here. Or let send you a message through the booking site as it is not available. Also i think it would be great if we had two sets of the keys 😊

Location. Few steps from everything. Size of the apartment. 5 people were comfortable enough and i think 2 more would fit as well. The apartment has everything we needed: all facilities and also the spirit of Latvia 😊 i really felt i could lived there. The beds were very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there.

There should be a box in the corridor to hand over the keys. Twice we had to walk through town for the keys with our bags. TV had no cord, couldn't turn it on. The kettle sometimes worked, sometimes it didn't, looked tired.

Apartment looked a bit tired, but was clean. Location was good- center of old town.
