Our sea side room had a small slice of Castle Hill and the marina to view, but there was also a huge rainbow colored decorative piece of art to look at right below, so we were not right on the water as I had imagined. Breakfast was very very expensive, but everything in Monaco was!

This was a fantastic property to end our French Riviera vacation at! Very centrally located...literally right behind the casino! The beds were soooo comfortable and the service was impeccable. We felt very taken care of! The concierge even got us a reservation at a restaurant (La Mome) that I had been trying to get into for weeks. Granted we did not stay during high season, but it was very appreciated. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the Monte Carlo Country Club (if you are going to the Masters tennis tournament). We were also upgraded to two queen beds at no extra charge, so that was appreciated so our younger son did not have to sleep on a rollaway.

There were a lot of building works going on so it was incredibly noisy at times. There was also a very loud wedding one night, which made it hard to sleep! It would have been nice to have some warning of both either prior to or on arrival.

Perfect location! Great room with nice terrace, beautiful views from the lobby restaurant.

The repair work from 8 in the morning was loud. It made us impossible to recover after night.

There were very limited food and drink options due to refurbishment - only the onsite bar was serving food which is a shame as we were looking forward to the restaurants and hadnt known in advance these would be shut. Drinks were very expensive, even for a soft drink - 15Euro!!!

Construction noise going on during the day from within the hotel. Water was dropping in the common area on our floor! Buckets were placed there for days to catch the water!!!

Big tourist groups. Garden view overlooks building site. A room with an adjoining door lets in too much noise from room next door.

Lobby needs facelift dining areas also need some attention

Everything it is wonderful ! The lobby downstairs is a bit tired and could do with a facelift but hotel was l pelt to stay in

The lobby lounge restaurant was terrible! My son’s burger was exactly the same as my burger and his was 11 euros and mine was 38 euros!! Both were pretty bad tasting and neither of us finished them. My husbands falafel burger came straight out of the freezer and the table service was slow. I had a drink a few days later for 18 euros and my glass has water marks and the previous users lipstick on it. For the price I would avoid the restaurant like the plague.

The room was lovely and the gym and pool were exceptional. The valet parking staff were incredible and all the staff were polite and friendly:

The complimentary tea/ciffee provision in room was less. This was not toped up during room tidying. However, compared to the positive aspects of the stay, this is not a drawback.

The concierge is not so friendly when we asked questions regarding room WiFi setting. It’s such a simple thing to solve but the concierge gave us wrong information and became very inpatient when we checked again. We have to walk down to the checkin counter to check that in person. If you have choice, I will not recommend you to visit this hotel. Unless you don’t care about service quality.
