The bars directly below the room were really noisy till late at night, the road outside was like a motorway, really noisy and lots of traffic for 24 hours and every bedroom door slammed, nobody shut them quietly, just let them go, all through the night. The door closers need adjusting. We kept pointing out an open door which was constantly left open with a sheer drop down to the ground floor, just pipes, it was never locked and very dangerous for a child. Nobody locked it or put a lock on it. We were promised a taxi from the airport but no one came, the hotel staff just shrugged their shoulders, we had to book a taxi ourselves.

We had a sea view room and it was lovely to sit on the verandah watching the boats. There was a good breakfast.

The breakfast was not very diverse. But the main problem was with the electronic keys. I had to go and change them almost every time, I wanted to come in:-)

The size of the room was quite good, a bed was comfortable, the view was attractive enough, though it could be little bit calmer

Mould in shower cubicle. Very noisy and rude groups of ( Italian) teenagers who took up all the space in the bar.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Upgraded room with sea view. Great location for restaurants and buses to Valletta. Clean and well-equipped room/ great shower. Easy distance from the airport. Very small and slow lift.

The swimming pools were FREEZING so only the heated indoor small pool was useable. The sauna benches were broken so only open for half the stay. It seemed a bit run down inside the room, doorknobs came off bathroom door, ceiling very low, balcony door didn’t lock etc… nothing that affected our stay majorly but just something to note.

The location was great, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice but quite busy. The balcony was lovely and the shower worked great. Reception looked lovely and generally had a nice feel about the place.

We were unlucky to have some young people that smashed the doors at night. The picture of the nice pool are not from the hotel but a ‘sharing pool/restaurant’ cross the street.

For a 3 star hotel we had a very nice room, it was always clean and breakfast was very acceptable. The location is great and the perfect start for trips around the island!

In our room the window doesn't close perfectly and on windy days was cold inside and noisy.

Very good location, easy to reach from the airport by bus. There was cleaning every day. The breakfast was colorful, fresh and tasty every day.

We reached around 1130am but were not allowed to check in before 2pm which is ok as it’s mentioned already but I think the hotel staff could have tried to check us in. Anyways they let us use the luggage room which was good as we only had 2 days in Malta and couldn’t waste any time.. all in all very good and staff also did the best what they could do. Thanks

great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast ! Our room was at the back of the property so didn't get much noise during the nights as mentioned in other reviews by the people who would have stayed in the rooms situated at the front of this property. This hotel is very close to the promenade with lots of pubs and restaurants around so it does get noisy in evenings till late night.

Bigger bathroom would be nice. Also there was not enough room in laggage space to leave (because we had a late flight,) so we had to think some other options.

Food was good, nice swimming pools, easy to walk near bus and ferry station, greatest was the viev from the room terrace!

We got lost a few times with the different elevators and stairs. They explain you which elevator to use. My bad I didn’t listen, they explained it again afterwards.

We had a spacious and big room with a side seat view. No noise (which is exceptional for Sliema). Friendly staff, breakfast options, late check out options.
