Nice, spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Quiet but close to the beach, nice walks, shops and restaurants. It’s exactly what I was looking for on this occasion.

The walls are thin so I could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring at night. Maybe bring some earbuds and you will be fine.

The staff at the check in and the cleaner were lovely. The room and the toilet were big. The room had a desk, chair, fridge, AC unit, wardrobe and plenty of storage. The room was clean and the bed comfy. There are a couple of mini supermarkets near the Hotel and a few different bus stops in the area.

Bring auriculares cause room walls isolation is poor and you’ll hear door jams and wall bangs all night.

It’s a good price for a solo travel but far from everything if you’re not driving.

This is nice hotel with a good location at a quiet place out of the city center but not far. Delicious breakfast is served at the restaurant which is part of the hotel, you have to pay for it but it is worth that.

i liked the fact the hotel is located far away from the village center, but within a walkable distance from it. i traveled around with a rented car, and finding a parking space by this hotel was never a problem.

The bed was a little short for anyone over 6ft .The walls of the hote rooml were thin so needed earplugs to sleep but for the price can't complain.

Not sure I would feel comfortable using the pool, given the close proximity of the restaurant. Also no room for sun beds round the pool.

Looking for a short break before main holiday the cost of the hotel was important. Rooms clean and staff wonderfully helpful.

It’s hard to explain. The room was great. The bathroom was more modern than the room itself but everything was perfectly usable. My view from my window was lovely even though it was a small window. I went out of season so I expect that it would a lot noisier during the busier month as I was overlooking the pool area. The position of the hotel was also good for me as it was close to several bus stops, walks, shops and a few restaurants and bars.

I didn’t have the breakfast even though I did try to one morning. I found the lady at reception was so helpful and so nice and so were the house keepers.

The restaurant below the hotel started playing music fairly early in the morning. There wasn't a secure place to leave your room key when going for a swim in the sea. I was told that they have no receptionist in the winter, so in summer this may not be an issue.

It's close to the beach and coastal paths. There are two sets of bus stops near by as well. My room had a good view of the sea and cliffs opposite.

We missed not having any place to hang up our wet beach towels and swim wear. Due to the Maltese climate, the bathroom can get very humid and is thus not ideal to have to wet stuff hanging in the room. We placed a chair outside of our room (in the pool courtyard) for this purpose. For rooms overlooking the pool area and close to the restaurant, it can be a bit noisy (guests chatting, background music) in the evening. However, thanks to airconditioning we could keep our windows closed and the noise was never until late (after 10pm) and was kept at a respectful volume.

The hotel is a few meters away from St. Thomas Bay which is ideal, especially with children. Sensi hotel offers three types of breakfast at a very good price. On some days we also had breakfast at Sensi Lido, which is situated right at the beach. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Self-check in on a late arrival was easy and not complicated. I also appreciated the fact that I always found street parking also on the weekend. The room was spacious and clean. We never felt we had to rush out of the room in the morning for cleaning. The food at the hotel's restaurant is lovely, especially the pizza (also popular with the locals). Hotel guests get 10% discount when eating at the restaurant. For holidays with a limited budget, this hotel offers a lovely experience at a good price. We will definitely visit again.

THE POOL IS SHARED WITH THE RESTAURANT; who sell day-passes to people not staying at the hotel. The result is the pool is often FULL (see photo where 1 hotel guest is surrounded by day-guests). Whilst the staff at the restaurant are really friendly and courteous, the manager of the restaurant is VERY unprofessional. He will kick you and your family out of the pool at 5pm. He spoke directly to my 7 year old which frightened her to the extent she did not want to swim any longer (he told her not to dive or splash ... despite my kids behaving very well for the 5 days we stayed). I admonished the man and told him to speak to me or my wife as it's inappropriate for adult strangers to address young children. I told him that my kids were behaving well; which he agreed to and responded that he was simply warning my child to not jump or splash in case she did. I took this opportunity to tell the manager to manage his own guests who place glasses with alcohol directly on the side of the pool and smoke whilst in the pool.

The rooms were very large and super clean. Sensi assigned us two adjoining rooms which accommodated our family well. Being on the same level as the pool meant we could step from our apartment to the pool area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and work very hard ... the hotel was cleaned within an inch of its life :-). The restaurant on site (independent of the hotel) makes a tasty breakfast and has very good food the rest of the day.

small maintenance details are overlook, in that the t v had no sound, the patio door to the pool lock broken leaving your room insecure when out. no contact phone in reception or phone in rooms, as it believe all have personnel phones unlike myself and wife who do not, and unable to contact taxis or family we chose that hotel to see.

Closing of the pool at 6pm when it is still 30+ degrees outside. They should keep it available for the hotel guests at least til sunset. Also, the rooms were clean but one morning we found a cockroach in our room. The rooms were cleaned daily so it might be just because of the climate and location the hotel is in but still it is a little nasty to have a bug in the room.

Staff do not have a clue especially the waiters , it is like you are speaking a totally different language , they do not understand what you are saying.
