CroatiaThere should be a few more shelves in bathroom (there is only small one) so the two people have enough space for the stuffs. It would be better if there is two wardrobe in room - there is only one in which is safe and fridge so there is no enough space for stuffs of two people. The duvet doesn't have a cover, instead they use a sheet (the duvet is between two sheets), which makes it difficult to sleep comfortably.
Location of hotel is great! Across the hotel is ferry terminal and few bus station so it's easy to go to the other places on Malta. Hotel was clear, there was a lot of space in room and it was quite. People who work on the reception was nice. On the top of the hotel is terace from which is wonderful view on Valletta. On the promenade in front of hotel there is a lot of restaurants, when you check in they give you 15% discount for restaurant in front of hotel (restaurant is also inside the hotel).

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We could not open the safe and they helped us very quickly. Location is very good, close to public transport and everything else. We got 15% off on food in restaurant Opa!, located on the ground floor of the hotel. Needless to say food was amazing! Breakfast is solid.

Excellent location for traveling through the island: buses, ferries and cruise ships stop and depart right in a few steps from the entrance to the hotel. Amazing sea view from the balcony and breakfast room. Good breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Excellent communication with staff in reception - we got the room which we asked on booking. Also they very politely solved the questions that arose.

United KingdomThe staff were super friendly and willing to help with all our needs. The room was larger than expected and perfect for what we needed It for. The bathroom mirror was well equipped with a bright light and even a hairdryer in the room. Continental breakfast buffet was lovely, and to top it off, a beautiful view to start the day. The ferry terminal to valletta was just across the road also. Thank you to all the staff who were so accommodating for us.

IrelandWe didn't like that the lifts were small, but once I'd been up a few times I was fine with them, the shower could do with updating in that room, otherwise it was grand plenty of hot water. Bottled Water in the room on arrival would be good ..
The staff at reception were very welcoming and friendly, the room was fresh and clean, the view from the balcony was amazing overlooking Valletta, the bed was comfortable. Our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, and bedding every second day, so all in all it was a very pleasant stay, well worth visiting again.

DenmarkThe interior spaces like the hallways and elevators are somewhat delapidated, so just need to never mind them. Sound isolation from the other rooms and street is not great, but I did note that everyone quiets down after 11-ish, so no big disturbances.
Location is great/best, if you keep in mind that its busy and very central and are not expecting a quiet place. Staff always available, friendly and responsive. The rooms with marina view are spacious and comfortable and the view over the marina is great - the balcony here beats all the waterfront bars/restaurants.
