Missing robes and slippers from the rooms to use at the spa. These were available on request, however ours didn't ever arrive. There were limited alcohol free drinks options at the rooftop bar; suggest adding cisk 0.0.

Great spa facilities and rooftop pool! Excellent views across to Valetta. Rooms were a good size, bed very comfy! The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times.

The only thing we did not like was the shower. We could not find the right balance regarding temperature, it was either cold or hot.

There was loud music in the hotel or bar next door BUT was not too bad since we were tired from sightseeing anyway.

The room was spacious, breakfast was great and the location (incl. garage) was perfect. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the rooftop pool and bar are great anytime of the day.

Hotel is OK. Stuff is professional, breakfast has lot of choice but unfortunately it is not tasty. Hotel is a little bit old, dark. Little bit boring. But it is still ok to stay. For this price there are more better Hotels in Sliema

Some of the reception staff were very brusque. If you went to reception out of hours, they couldn’t do anything. They put a note on your file for tomorrow and then no follow up. Very frustrating. Also, no late check out was offered which was very disappointing because we had a late flight and a shower before we left the hotel would have been very refreshing.

Brilliant location. Lovely facilities. TemptAsian restaurant food, drinks and staff were amazing.

It is a little dated and needs upgrading in some areas - although as i said it is very clean- for example the carpet in the dining room is worn (the joint is literally a gap now - a simple strip would sort that with minimal cost) and the bathroom architrave was damaged. We couldn’t lock our balcony door on arrival but this was quickly repaired. New mattresses wouldn’t go amiss. The biggest issue we had was from noise coming from below us in the function room/kitchen - we were on the second floor - I would recommend booking a higher floor to avoid this. We were woken at night and in the early hours by voices and what sounded like furniture moving - I did report this and they were very apologetic but obviously only so much can be avoided. It was only on 3 occlusions of a 9 night stay. Be warned the outside pools are freezing cold! I recommend using indoor one and then going to the terrace 😄

The location is excellent for exploring the area and is in a residential part so nice and quiet. Good access to all you need although it is a the top of a hill so be prepared for that. The staff are very friendly and approachable. It is exceptionally clean. The inside pool and spa are very good, we had a couples massage which was beautiful! Breakfast has a good range of foods.

Staff were extremely kind, professional and detail orianted. All of them put the huge value to the Hotel. Room is clean , vide and was properly cleaned on daily basis.Great pool area with stunung sity view.Food was delicious , staff at restaurant smothly operated with smile on their faces.Hotel is located in quiet area but well connected with all other places worth to be visited.

There was a bedbug in my room - possibly just an accident, but not a nice surprise.

Great location, very nice building overall, spacious and well furnished room. Great roof pools (and I believe other facilities - but didn't try them). Above average breakfast.

We cannot think of anything that would have improved our stay.

Our room was very comfortable with plenty of storage space. It was only a short walk from the indoor swimming pool. We enjoyed the choice and quality of food at both breakfast and dinner. The staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble. Front desk staff were happy to print off bus timetables and book taxis.

For people with strollers or wheelchair, the hotel is located on a hilly slope therefore will required strength to walk up the hilly paths. The bathroom needed a little thorough cleaning and the room we had, the shower door rubber needed to be fixed so the water will not sipped out during shower.
