It’s at best a 4* all inclusive. Rooms are ok but need some improvements, our toilet paper holder came off the wall for example on our 1st day and no one care to fix it. Food is average, buffet is ok but restaurants are poor quality and lack more offers. Drinks are poor, highly dependent on who’s serving, most often lacking quality. Service is not as good as other 5* resorts.

Beach was good and the pool is big and good for children.

Rooms could use an update. AC did not really make the room less humid and the toilet seat was crooked. Also, some basic amenities (ie facial tissue and slippers) not included unless you got a certain room type. I didn’t notice any suites available

There's loud music, often with a heavy bass beat, around the pool area and during parts of the day you can hear it from the beach along with some announcements. Try sitting on the end of the beach that's closer to the kayak rental if you want peace and quiet.

A lovely beach and just a tiny bit of seaweed. If you want to just relax on a lounge chair in the sun and wade in gentle turqoise water this place gets the job down. There were a number of families and kids but they mostly hung out by the pool. Rooms are clean and comfortable (but nothing special) and the food was decent (make reservations for the restaurants).

The restaurants could use a hit of enhancement on the chefs - the steakhouse doesn’t know how to prepare a proper stake, the italian restaurant tries to innovate stuff that should be kept simpler.

The property is quite well maintained, the location is easy to reach, with great amenities across the whole resort (shops, hair dressers, spa, coffee shop and bars). Good variety of restaurants also.

It could have a little more happenings in the evening.

Absolutely everything! Not too big, you dont need s transportation, but yet not to small. I liked the coffee shop, the juice bar on the beach, the beach is beautiful!

The door of the bedroom was not sound proof so you start to hear housekeeping working and chatting from 07:00 in the morning - which is not my concept of a 5 star resort. The food was average, nothing really outstanding.

The path from the front desk to the pool was scenic and beautiful . The beach was quiet and awesome. BLoved restaurant is the best in the resort so it’s definitely worth upgrading to a Previleged Room. All the employees were super friendly and helpful. Proximity to the airport.

There were coati (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coati) sleeping on the balcony, and because I saw that they oftentimes climbed into trash cans, it was disgusting to sit in a sun lounger after them; they often left their poop on the balcony.

We initially had a room next to the Secrets resort property line, way too noisy. Thankfully we were moved to a quieter room. It wound be nice to have a few water toy options such as paddle boards, jet skis, etc.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The grounds of the resort lush and beautiful.

The restaurants:The Japanese is not a Japanese selection. Ketchup and peppers used everywhere can’t be Japanese. The steakhouse selection is poor and quantities are small sized. I finished my meal and I was still very hangry. Moreover the air conditioning is freezing inside these restaurants if you’re on the wall. Because of all these it’s better going to the Buffett. You got all the restaurants selections and more with all the plates you want there.

Relaxing environment. Beautiful beach and wild life. Right activities from the entertainments. Tasty buffet restaurant. Staff always available.

The food on some of the restaurants you have to book for was a bit disappointing. Totally prefer the food at the buffet

The hotel arrangement within the jungle that always made you feel like in an adventure. Also great for kids.

The first night the music was too loud in the hotel nearby. We asked for a room change and they were nice and change the room very fast.

The location is exceptional. The beach and the hotel surroundings are very beautiful. The restaurants, bars and the buffet are pretty good and did not have much time to wait. The bedroom was really good too, spacious, clean and with good views.

Very beautiful property, beach is absolutely beautiful. Food is ok. The pizzeria by the pool had the most saltiest pizza I have ever eaten for 5 days in a row, otherwise food is ok. Staff is very friendly and genuinely nice people. Cook went out of the way to prepare vegetarian food for some folks in our party which was highly appreciated. I would stay again.

Overall the food was good but it can be better. The breakfast was amazing, but not the linch and the dinner. The thematic restaurants were not at the level we expected, besides Bloved which was pretty good.

It’s a lovely resort, with a great beach surrounded by palms and soft sand. There are a lot of animals there it looks like you stay in a jungle. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Great service, and we are very grateful for our treatment, especially due to my daughter gluten free diet.

Food was overall good but not excellent We had a comfortable ground floor room but the buildings are 3 story with no elevator so just keep that in mind if with kids or seniors Pool chairs could run out but not too bad

Amazing location and weather in November was perfect for families, warm but not too hot perfect medium sized resort with some jungle and wildlife but not too large to walk around comfortably Excellent staff attitude Pool and beach setup was awesome for kids. Pools easy for little kids to safely get in and out Beach had tons of chairs and very good shade Room key wristband makes it easy Dinner reservations easy to get Kids club, playground, and kids activities were nice
