Everything was perfect! Miguel was very helpful and informed us beforehand about everything we need to know 😊 the room was big and the beds were cozy. The location is just perfect between the shopping area and the beach.

Street cleaners start sweeping quite early on some days, can be quite loud.

Room was really nice with a little balcony. Miquel was really helpful and knowledgable about the surrounding areas. Easy and very cheap to do day trips to Tulum or get the ferry over to the island.

if you visit Playa del Carmen don’t miss this unique place. A small well decorated hotel in the best area, the rooms are new and big and there is a nice balcony. We also enjoyed the pool at the roof. The host was amazing. we will come back for sure (:

The host mike was amazing, helped us with everything and gave good tips about activities and good restaurants. The location of the hotel is amazing! only 5 mins walk from the bus station and the ferry to Cozumel. The room was big and new, and the bed was extremely comfortable. there is also a really cute rooftop pool.

I wished they had coffee machines. However, this is no problem because the hotel is close to many good restaurants and cafes.

The service and care were excellent. They prepared a room for me before the check-in time because my flight arrived really early in the morning. The staff was very attentive.

Che is located in a great location with a two block quiet walk to the beach through a beautiful neighborhood and a lovely park with ruins. Miguel was our host and and could not have been more helpful. The location is in an upscale neighborhood with a gated entrance and contains lovely views of the surrounding area. It is also only one block from the main area of restaurants, bars, and shops. Breakfast was an excellent value for what we paid with many fruit, cereal, and beverage options. Each day included eggs and a couple of variety of breakfast meats. We had a large room on the top floor with a nice balcony view. The rooftop pool provides an excellent view and a nice place to have a beer or cocktail while watching the small planes take off during the afternoon.

The decking on the rooftop had two nails sticking out. Only recommendation is somebody fix the nails otherwise great rooftop.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Away from the hustle and bustle of 5th avenue. Access to the rooftop pool with lounge chairs and a table to eat/drink/play cards. Miguel the host was very helpful providing recommendations in Playa del Carmen and caring to ensure our trip to the next destination went smooth.

I liked everything about the property and people working there. The location is amazing, a few minutes walk to Playacar beach which was my favorite part of the beach, and a few minutes walk to 5th street entrance which is where most of the bars, shops and restaurants are located. Miguel and the people working there were always a pleasure to talk to!

Location to the Ferry Pier and Shuttle pick up point for return to Cancun Airport. It is a quaint little B and B feeling place and the desk attendant greeting at the time of arrival was very pleasant.

Drink a lot of decaf coffee no coffee maker. Bought one at Walmart for 300 pesos and all was fine.

The light from the street was quite bright. Perhaps for most this wouldn’t matter unless you are light sensitive. I didn’t like that the only option for a light in the bathroom hada very loud fan. A separate light to the fan would be an improvement.

The location is perfect for me since it is in a quieter area and a few min. walk to the beach but also close to shopping and restaurants. Very relaxed welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place to explore Playa del Carmen from. Minutes walk from the beach and 5th avenue. Ask Miguel for his recommendations for restaurants - some of the best food we had and has options off the tourist strip that have a more local vibe!

The stairway up to the third floor was a hike.

The hotel is just off the beach, on a quiet lane just far enough from the noise of 5th Avenue and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Our host Miguel was incomparable, kind, flexible and most helpful with day-trip travel and restaurant tips. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without him.

This is an excellent location in a lovely established residential neigbourhood with beautiful homes and gardens to walk by on the way to the beach or 5th Ave. Ideally located 3 minutes walk to Playacar Beach and 5 minutes to 5th ave. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with a gorgeous jungle view. The service was excellent, very helpful and responsive. I was concerned about noise from the local airport nearby, but the small planes only take off during the day so I really only noticed them occasionally while I was at the beach.  I stayed 5 nights and will definitely be back!

There was no mattress cover on the mattress. I owned vacation rentals for 20 years; mattresses need to be covered with a waterproof, bedbug proof washable cover.

Great staff. Very clean. Nice ambience. I liked the music in the background. Homey feel.
