The property was ok but it was hard to find a place to sit by the pool and the app for booking the dinner reservations did not work as intended.

At check in , we have been offered to moved to Royal Solaris without additional fees , we agreed , jump in a shuttle , transfer there to be told the hotel is full, come back to GR and had to wait in line again for 30 minutes , all process took 2 hours. I recommend to refuse any transfer. Would be nice to have an adult section to sit at the Buffet,

Ocean view room was very clean and comfortable. Never had to wait anywhere neither for food or drinks , Main reason we would go back is staff , they made us feel home . plenty of available chairs both at the beach and pools. We highly recommend the GR Solaris.

Southern strip of the peninsula, longer to get into downtown, very thin walls, you hear everything and everybody heard you, consistently being woke up by people just talking in the halls

Horrible system for restaurant reservations. By the time we knew we needed reservations at most restaurants they were all booked.

Extremely friendly staff everywhere in the resort. Great activities and fitness team….made our vacation fun and enjoyable.

Except for breakfast, lunch & dinner food options are not that great. Even though the option and quantity is plenty, It always tastes bland.

There are only 2 reservation-based restaurants. And you can only have 1 active reservation at any time :( Oh, men need to bring closed shoes at restaurants, regardless of how fancy their outfit is. Also the beach is not that large, and there are no umbrellas. The pool water is not heated, so if it's cold/windy outside, you may not want to use the pools.

Almost impossible to get into the reservation restaurants. Kids club was only for little kids. Would have liked to see more daily activities for kids in the age range of 7-12.

Would have liked a bath tub. Not too keen on buffet type food and we weren't sure of any other offering.

We only stayed one night, but Dinner was ok, breakfast was ok - nothing stand out. The room was perfectly acceptable, clean and comfortable. The entertainment round the pools was fun.

Nothing to be honest. I really enjoyed my stay. Internet was never an issue for me because I bought a Mexican line on arrival, so I had data all the time on my phone.

Basically everything about the hotel. The room was really cool, big TV with a couple of channels to watch. Very comfortable and large room. Wide variety of tasty food at the buffet.

I wish more staffs understand English, we were struggling a bit to order beverages at the buffet cafe and front desk. Overall - still communicable by borrowing mother staffs. We tried 2 of the 3 restaurants in the resort - Food was ok, not the best but ok for the price.

I like the location ( hotel zone), direct access to the beach , that it’s all inclusive. Room service were amazing because the food tasted so good, papayas and pineapples were gems.
