It was a Saturday night, so some noise from the parties going on. No fault of the hotel though. The pool didn't look as clean as the pictures so I didn't go in.

Location is good, not right in the center but close to the main road. Room was very spacious and clean, it had a fridge and a microwave even.. It wasa like a a little apartment. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Huge cockroach appeared on the table next to the bed few centimeters from my head during the night and continued his trip cross the bed….the room was on the ground floor. But on the other side I have to admit the room including the bathroom were very clean…so it can happen in Mexico :-)

The room was large, good shower, bottles of water in the room every day. The hotel is 20 min walk from Ado station (you can take a cheap bus to airport there and it cost less than the third of the taxi price). And there is a public transport/bus (12 pesos) to zona turistica behind the corner.

Tge neighborhood is s bit weird, but it wouldn't keep me from staying tbere agsin. There is alsp a bar a few doors down that us loud at night but not too late also nothing to prevent me from staying here in the future.

2 beds and pull out sofa for our family kept my pre teen and teenager happy.The customer service was excellent and the parking super close to the front door. The small pool area has nice lounge chairs. A great hotel to walk to Palapa Park and attend carnaval. Super soft and thick towels and air conditioning that kept us comfortable.

unfortunately renovarion is going on at the moment so there was a lot of noise and no use of any outdoor chill areas...Also live Rock music every night from the bar located only several meters away ( ir was carnaval week so mayby its not a common thing )

good location close to parque de las palapas and just a minute or two from a bus line (R-2) to the beaches at the hotel zone. Spacious and very clean rooms that are well equipped.Nice and helpful staff !

You can not sleep ok because of the rock pub close to the hotel. At 3-4 they stop the music...

The wifi in my room wasn't the best. Adding another wifi router near the room would help as I had to go outside in main area for best connection.

Bed linen was old (although clean). Minor point - Sofa had a tear in it which let the decor down a bit.

Room was spacious and very clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Good to have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Whilst not an opulent area, the location was fine for us although may not be to others liking. Close to Tulum Ave. A fair distance from the beaches. Enough affordable eating drinking and shopping places locally.

- our room was at the street side (#103), the bar music was extremely noisy at night - the aircon was extremely cold (no matter what temperature you set), so had to be switched off, yet the window in our room can now be opened for air - the upper part of shower head is broken, water splashes above and beyond the sliding glass door making the entire bathroom floor wet - a hazard needs to be fixed

- very clean and neat - helpful staff - a quiet pool - water, coffee, plates readily available inside the room - easy to get around by Bus R2 to beach and the hotel zone - supermarket close by

A lot of noise at night, there was like a concert every night. The pool is not in the sun that much.

Staff was really nice. I couldn't be there for my first night because of a delayed flight and they accepted to change the dates of my stay. The room was clean and is well located.
