The only drawback was the broken toilet that we had to use the public one but it’s not the fault of staff and they already tried to fix it but couldn’t…

Very pretty and centrally located. Very good breakfast in the beautiful garden to enjoy in the early morning that I can still recall the smiling faces from the two girls prepared for our breakfast. The best part is their customer service - The staff (Andrea, Edgar, Manuel, Abel…) are so friendly and helpful on the local restaurants, attractions, and tours that we will come back next time. 100% Recommended!!!

The ambient is amazing, a lot of plants everywhere :). Kitchen is well equiped and clean. Breakfast was very delicious and staff is friendly and helpful. We also loved the cooking class organized by the hostel.

I was missing a little pool, since it was very hot. Other than that the stay was very nice!

The hostel is located a bit away from the center, so it was quiet, but also very close at walking distance. The hostel overall is very nice, with an outdoor kitchen very well equipped and a nice garden. The room and bathrooms were very clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They even organised a cooking class :)

Some of the toilets were out of service, and the shower next to the girl's room didn't always work either. Not a big deal, but it meant you'd have to go to the common toilets / shower near the kitchen.

I really loved the atmosphere at this hostel. They organise activities such as cooking classes ! The location is also amazing, just a 5 minute walk to the bus station and very close to the city center.

Very relaxed and peaceful place in the town with social and friendly vibe. Lovely outdoor area, facilities very clean. Tasty and decent sized breakfast, welcoming staff. Wished I could have stayed longer

There wasn't a big social atmosphere, but I did meet some great people in my room and the kitchen area. Don't expect a party and games every night, but I loved the quiet more chill vibe.

I would rate this hostel higher than 10 if I could! The staff, facilities, location, and value were all exceptional. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers that are kept super clean. The kitchen was large, clean and well equipped for any kind of cooking. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and willing to answer any questions. The hostel looks onto a lovely square with trees and benches, away from the busy street. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler. I hope to be back one day!

Nothing, all good!!

Everything! It is clean and on a quiet square very close to the main plaza. And very close to the bus station The facility itself is very colorful and beautiful. It’s like living in a lovely little jungle and was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, the showers were good pressure with hot water. The staff were friendly and professional. There is free filtered water, unheard of!! I’ve stayed in much more expensive places that were not as nice and enjoyable as this.

Outside of the room was a broken fan that does some low noises but you can ask to turn it off during night. In the ceiling is a small window. It is like a brick out of glass. There always comes in some light from the facility above during night, but it is acceptable.

Great location. Everything in the city is in walkable distance. Super quiet area. Everything is really clean and nice. The kitchen and chill out area is in the backyard. Feels like in a jungle but is still in city center. Very lovely! Breakfast is great. You get various food with super nice bread as side dish, or served as sandwich. Basically it is the best bread I got during travelling. Water for free, bike and scooter rental and lots of information what to do in and around Valladolid. There was even a cooking class. Staff is super friendly without exception. We had booked the double room with private bathroom. Big and nice room. The shower is absolutely great! Also the best shower we had during travelling for two month. No noises during night.

The aircond is managed by the staff of the hostel so there is no way to adjust it during the night if too strong or too low. It would have been nice to have a towel provided (Other hostels in Mexico provided them)

The hostel is nicely decorated, the courtyard is especially nice with all the vegetation. Breakfast is really good and start early. Bed are confortable.

They didn’t arrange tours or were able to help with this from the hostel. So if you’re a solo traveller it’s a bit harder to find people to go with and share transport unless you book the expensive tours from town. A notice board in the hostel would be useful for this as not many seemed to use or knew of the WhatsApp group

Everything. Decent rooms, really nice common areas and kitchen facilities, perfect location for both collectivos, bus station and main square. Very friendly staff and super clean everywhere. Great breakfast cooked to order every morning. A nice vibe and social hostel but not a party hostel. Very good value for money.

We are a family with teens. We do not fit in double beds. Booked 2 private rooms with AC. Hoped the teens would experience the great parts of hostel living. This was perfect - lovely green space with lizards, cats and hammocks, clean shared bathrooms and kitchen, great tips for visiting nearby sites and even a cooking class. Excellent location. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend!
