Too crowded & very little beach front. Better not on high season.

Service & food is above the competition. Remarkable dinners & very proactive service through all the staff. Congrats on that.

Almost nothing, they tried to charge me way over the deal I signed up for on booking.com, like $600+ over the reservation price. I had to spend 45 minutes negotiating to get closer to the expected amount.

It is beautiful and well maintained, great rooms and bed. Linens are nice. Well designed bathroom.

There was construction ongoing next door. Which made it very noisy during the day. The saving Grace was, construction was stopped during the 3 days of the Christmas

Close to the beach

It’s a great property to relax. It doesn’t have events that I could see which might make it more interactive but if you’re not looking for that this place is amazing.

The rooms were pretty much sound proof from anyone around you. Everything was clean and the amenities were great. The breakfast was delicious

Spacious room, very clean, wonderful facilities and services is decent. One of the few hotels that is not an all inclusive.

Pool area needs more loungers, having to go at 6.30am to secure one was a bit of a stress, staff did their best to accomodate everyone, pricing of food in the coffee shop was crazy expensive, ridiculous pricing

Breakfast was wonderful, staff just the best, pools were super, suite we stayed in was fantastic, housekeeping just the best

Shower leaked really bad in the bathroom and soaked the bathroom floor each time it was used.

Really friendly and helpful staff, great hotel layout with great restaurants.

It was a bit expensive.

It was a very clean and elegant hotel. The staff was friendly and the guests were all well behaved.

There are not extra activities to do, besides the pool or jacuzzi.

Spa area is definitely a plus, very enjoyable. All staff were really kind. Location is great and the view from the room is really nice.

The front desk staff seemed disorganised - also had issues with my bill that they had to rectify. They had to have us switch rooms in middle of our stay so forced us to check-out for 6 hours unlike just making us switch rooms.. Lastly their coffee makers seem "smart" but not the most user friendly and were leaky and not good!

There wasn’t any entertainment so there wasn’t much to do in the actual hotel. I noticed there also wasn’t any music in around the pool area so there wasn’t much of a vibe in that sense. There were certain part of the beachfront and hotel that had some beach chairs where you had to pay quite a bit of money to use them for the day. I feel that if you are a hotel guest you should be able to use any of the chairs personally. The drinks soft drinks were sometimes quite flat. The hanging lights in our room didn’t work and we also weren’t told the number for the front desk upon entry.

Beautiful hotel and stunning grounds. The staff were great. Very friendly, approachable and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The beach and view was my favourite. Absolutely stunning. The location was fantastic and near all of the lovely restaurants and a walking distance from the shopping centres. There were a lot of shops nearby and a bus stop very close to the hotel. They gave us a $50 credit to our room each day which was very lovely of them. The pool area was really nice too and the complimentary hand massage was great!

Putting a 4000usd “hold” on the credit instead of charging the room upfront is awkward if not stupid, if not driven by lack of managerial judgement or training. Some of the helping staff want to do too much so they end up acting like “clowns” instead of helpful. A nice uniform can never replace a brain.

The overall comfort and location of the hotel. The fact it is right on the beach. The view from the room. Very efficient elevator. The sandwich shop is very convenient.

The location is perfect. Breakfast was amazing. The staff not to mention cheerful and very accommodating/attentive. By far the best experience I've lived while traveling. 10/10
