It’s very noisy from the street and from the people passing around. I was really disappointed about them not having hammocks at disposal. They say that they were washing them.

There was some loud music in the night which stopped at around 1:30-2:00am. Probably that came from the bars and pubs nearby. I know this is not in the hotel's control.

This property is located right in the middle of the town. A great leisure vibe and the staff are very helpful. The host makes a very delicious breakfast. It is basically a wooden village house and I love their decorations and the cats.

quite loud noises/music coming in the nights from the nearby clubs. Take some repelant as the mosquitos can bite in the night :) The reception is not open 24h, so if you share the key with your friend, could be difficult to get into the room.

great location, walking distance to every night club in the city. Nice and helpfull stuff, large comfortable rooms. We got good recomendations to rent a scooters from the nice couple. We could leave our backpacks for extra time in the hotel without extra charges. Tasty and warm breakfeast included :)

If you cannot sleep with earplugs this isn’t a great place sadly. We stayed on a Wednesday & Thursday night and the music from the nightclub nearby was like it was in our room. It stopped just after 4 am but then they builders started hammering at 7am. Comfy bed but not good sleep due to the noise. Ear plugs are provided but we’re not used to using these and slept badly. Such a shame as everything else was great .

The team/family who run L’Hotelito are so very friendly and extremely helpful with great recommendations on where to eat and how to make the most of our time. Breakfast was delicious. 👍🏼

Very friendly staff. I got sick during my stay and they helped me a lot, calling a doctor and extending my check out time. In general they were super helpful and did everything they could to help me. More than that, the place is great, good location in the center and chilled/familiar vibes

Check in in Booking.com said from 12:00 onwards. I arrived after 15:00 and my room was not ready yet. Located almost next to a bar or club that plays loud music until 4am. You get some ear plugs and maybe it could help to sleep a bit better.

Very noisy all night long, especially during the weekend, but appreciated that earplugs were available in the room. Water pressure is very feeble. Payment by credit card comes with an additional 3% charge on the overall price of the stay (it was the same in other hotels as well).

Great atmosphere (you feel like you are waking up in the jungle), nice and available staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast and very clean room. Great location, when it comes to restaurants, bars and clubs.

it’s very cute and cozy. The rooms (upstairs) have a jungle vibe. Surprisingly there are absolutely no mosquitos. The bed is enormous and comfortable, it has very high ceiling so it doesn’t feel humid nor hot (there is also an aircon). The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious!! We intended to stay for 3 nights, instead we stayed for 5. I would definitely recommend

The mattress was very firm, and due to the grass roof you occasionally got spiders and mosquitos throughout the night (especially if it rained). But it kinda added to the charm in my opinion.

Right in the heart of Tulum, everything you need for a short stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Came with a free breakfast and 3 cats that lived on site, which was perfect for my animal loving heart.

We had room #1 which was very near the reception and breakfast/chill area so a little noisy (they did provide earplugs already with the soaps though so that’s very thoughtful)

The host and hostess were really kind and no question was too much too ask. Also the location was awesome, almost missed it walking by but when you enter from a busy street there will be a certain calmness inside. Hammocks for chilling and a green environment.

It is on the main road and central. So a lot of traffic noise and some clubs across the street play loud music untill 4 in the morning. The hostel provides earplugs. Which kinda is a give away, when you think on it. Without the noise and loud music it would have been real nice.

It is a hostel like they came. Full of charm, loads of info. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Kinda with an indoor garden which has a nice vibe. Nice staff.

Very very noisy during the whole night. I think near the hotel is a Nightclub with loud music until 5:00 am. But the hotel provides earplugs. It is possible to sleep with earplugs.

It is just a few minutes walk to ADO bus station. I have got a yummy breakfast.

Bed was a bit too soft for me and the water pressure was low. But really not so important stuff!

I don’t write reviews a lot, but it was sooo relaxed here. I felt safe and kind of at home traveling alone. The staff was super nice and everything was clean with a great breakfast with coffee fruit yoghurt and whole grain bread with eggs etc.
