spacious, fully equipped and well designed apartment. the access to the Bardo and Una Vida is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this place. most of the time during our stay in tulum we have been travelling around the Yucatán and Quintana Roo. therefore we didn’t need a hotel but when we wanted to rest up we could use hotel facilities and have an amazing time off (both hotels provide great service and serve delicious food!)

Everything is ok. The facilities are nice but just not as fancy as the pictures. Actually the whole building is not that amazing and the neighborhood is under constrction. Maybe the whole Tulum is like this, polished pictures but the reality is a rural countryside.

Very spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Perfect location in the jungle but still close to town and everything we wanted to explore. The pools on the roof were also a treat and had a great view! Good communication - Jessica was very responsive with any questions that we had.

all was great. a couple of improvements are the shower head who was partially broken. would have also been great to have umbrellas on the rooftop pool areas, as it can be really really hot in the sun.

The building is surrounded by trees and it is v quiet at night. loved the swimming pools on the rooftop. The bed and pillows were v comfortable and, overall, the apartment had everything I needed. great vibe and atmosphere, exactly as it looks in the pictures.

The whole experience was amazing and I had a very warm welcome already in advance. Communication with Mariana and Jessica was easy and fast - I received a lot of recommendations, they supported me on everything and made my stay very calm. The building and the location is amazing, surrounded by the green jungle but still very near to city center. The apartment is beautiful and it has everything you need - it feels comfy and like your own home. Maybe a second air condition in the living room make this place even more perfect but the one in the bedroom is also fine. The access against a minimum consumption at the Bardo is worth it and you should make use of it once. The roof top is amazing too with the pools - had every morning my breakfast & coffee there, love it! All in all I can really recommend this place and I will return hopefully very soon!

Amazing stay the apartment is everything you need and more access to Hotel Bardo is excellent. Host Mariana was great from initial booking to check out, on hand at every point to help. Location is close to downtown, easy to bike round and taxi to the beach area is 20-30 minutes away. We loved our stay and will defiantly book again. Special mention to Pedro the maintenance man who was so helpful.

We didn't see the security on-site in the hours expected, and other residents were often leaving the front door unlocked. That was all!

Our host, Mariana, was super helpful throughout the stay in helping to arrange our arrival, departure, and answering any questions throughout. The apartment is very nicely furnished and in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood away from the busy-ness of the town. The rooftop pools are nice and refreshing, and you have access to the nearby Hotel Bardo - a very nice bonus. Plenty of towels and fresh bedding was available throughout, and the bicycles made it easy for us to get around.

The street to get to the apartment is not the best when it’s dark since there are no lights and it feels a bit weird to drive through empty, dark streets at night with the bikes (which have no lights).

Beautiful modern and spacious apartment in good location in Tulum town. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen and even a washing machine. There are bikes you can use for free to get into town (few mins drive) or to the beach (around 30mins). Mariana is a lovely host, who you can contact any time via WhatsApp and everything from check in to check out was very smooth. We would definitely recommend to stay here if you want to explore the areas outside the busy hotel zone in Tulum. Also Hotel Bardo next door is nice and a good alternative for a lazy day by the pool.

The road leading into the flat could be cleaner and there was not always a guard when we came back in the evening (though when he was there he was lovely).

The flat looked even nicer in real life, it was super clean and the host was extremely welcoming! She even gave us a New Year’s Eve present upon arrival! She quickly replied to any of our requests and offered cleaning mid-week.

We had a great stay in apartment 13. It’s on the top floor so we had great light and were close to the roof top where we spent a lot of time. The bed is huge and really comfy! Overall the apartment is well equipped and we used the bikes everyday to cycle to downtown. Mariana and her team (especially Pedro) were wonderful and incredibly helpful. Unlike lots of parts of Tulum right now the area was incredibly quiet and peaceful at all times of the day.

We were not sure if this is a „real“ offer as it didn’t have a lot of reviews or ratings, but after all we were so happy we chose the place. In August it was really good value for money! The apartment is huge & the possibility to use the pool in the fancy hotel next door is also amazing. We loved the fact that we even had a washing machine in the apartment. Only downside is the fact that the apartment is not close to the beach, but in our case we were quite lucky to have it this way as in august there was a huge sea grass plague with bad smells at the ocean. If you hire a scooter you can go rather fast everywhere you want. Overall - we highly recommend this place if you are looking for a beautiful place in Tulum.

be forewarned… there was a fee for the day pass to hotel Bardo. It was nowhere in the information as I was booking, and there was even a question on the site that asked if there was a fee and the response was that there was not. I did not learn of the fee until the free cancellation period ended and the information packet was shared with me by Jessica. I raised this with Jessica at that time as well. I specifically chose the accomodation because of the access to Hotel Bardo with what I was led to believe was no charge. It would have been nice to offer a complimentary day pass given the misinformation. I hope they fix this on the site. I was also disappointed that the only air conditioning was in the bedroom… the kitchen and living area were essentially unusable due to the heat. I kept all the drapes closed and it helped a little. I ended up leaving the apartment 3 days early (having paid in full) and staying elsewhere. On a positive note, I loved having use of a bicycle. Jessica was quick to respond anytime I texted.
