The window of our first room was broke so the staff changed us and upgraded us in a better room so it was really cool !

It’s a great clean economy place to stay. Easy parking, friendly staff, awesome friendly bar on site. Great fancy food nearby.

Very nice room, cleaned every day by the staff. Very close to bus station and downtown restaurants. Easy bus ride out to Hotel Zone and beaches.

The shower did not work well as there was only cold water coming. Not the most modern hotel and some things would require fixing like bathroom doorhandle and shower.

The hotel has a super good location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and bus stops. You could take bus in front of the hotel to Hotel zone and it was easy. The price correlated the quality and it was enough for us. Airconditioning worked well and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Hotel receptionists were really helpful even though did not speak mich English. I would recommend coming here if you plan to explore the place and not spend all days at the hotel.

I think I may have been the first booking. I had to ask for the basics...table, shelving, a bit of water. All was provided immediately. Location is in a typical poorest Mexican area of town, but completely safe. Walking is a must for most anything, but so is most of México. Don't misinterpret these words. Newbies to Mexico need to be aware, but it was fine for me.

Good potential. Nice little compound that's in the process of transition to an interesting place.

The rooms were very outdated, they have remodeled rooms but we got one of each. Breakfast in the facility was very limited, the restaurant staff was not the friendliest.

There were ants everywhere in the room and the bathroom smelt so bad. The area is also very noisy at night time. Was good enough for a couple of nights.

Good location near bus station. Great food options nearby. Staff were nice. Pool area was really nice.

The beach is far. And the coffee shop or deli, whichever is called weren’t very friendly. But, you never know what is going on in their life so I did not take it to personally

Location is middle of downtown Cancun so access to a lot of street food, fun restaurants.

Very near ADO bust stand, just walking distance, easy to find. I was just there for one night after a long trip. The bed was very comfy.

Very noisy between the nearby bars till at least 2 am during the week that comes from dowstairs and the workers. Ask for a room close to the pool (farther from the noise) The Windows didn t open.

It's noisy in the morning, you'll wake up at 8 am because a hotel is being built nearby. Not all receptionists speak English. We gave our key in the morning and when we came back in the evening I told "may I take a key?" And she said "No". She couldn't explain why because she doesn't speak English. We have been waiting for 20 minutes and when I come back again and ask someone to explain me what was going on she just took our key from the desk and gave it. A man had the same situation, I suppose he closed the door and left the key inside, she thought I was from the same room with this man. If she could speak English we would understand each other.

The fittings in the hotel are all pretty dated. The water pressure is very low and I think there was no hot water. The light bulbs are a very cold / clinical colour and it’s not a very relaxing place overall. I wouldn’t say it’s very comfortable for a longer stay.

The location is the main selling point of this hotel, simply because it’s close to the bus station. The area can get pretty rowdy at night, so ask for a room towards the back of the hotel for a quieter night’s sleep. For the price, though, it’s a pretty good option.

The wifi signal is bad and only in the comun areas. Because of the location, you can hear the music of the bars which are near. The room is good but the facilities are old and seem they do not have maintenance.

The location is really good. It is near the bus station and variety of restaurants. The staff is friendly.

Located near the Palapas Park, which was good for cheap food and lots of choice. Hotel was pleasant enough but nothing special.

It wasn't posted that there is no alcohol allowed on the property. We looked forward to sitting by the pool with a cold beer on our short stay over in Cancun. Due to the no alcohol on the property policy we weren't able to do that. We arrived on Independence Day and there was lots of partying around so it was pretty loud.

The location was perfect for my needs, just across the road from the bus station. Breakfast was very nice and reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable.
