Theh food was quite disappointing. You can't swim in the ocean. Vendors right outside the hotel we're right in your face with various goods including drugs.

The room with view was lovely, pool area was great too and staff was super friendly. Drinks were great.

They didn’t give us joint room for A family of 5 when was asked at the time of booking. It was not accommodating with the choice of rooms. Menu of the restaurant not helpful for kids.

The lounge chaired were all taken 1st thing in the morning for the entire day. Guests placed towels or personal items on chairs starting at 7a and would keep them all day, but spend very little time in them not allowing other guests the opportunity to enjoy.

Mediocre food. In particular in the special restaurants. Been to Zia, Marco Polo and Pancho. Strange interpretation of international dishes.

all the pool chairs are 'reserved' by people's towels before 8 am. some chairs are reserved, but never used all day. trust me, you'll never get a chair and especially a decent one unless you rise very early. the food wasn't very good. not a lot of variety or tasty.

We did not like the plastic wrist bands. They were very irritating. People should NOT be allowed to reserve pool loungers! The loungers were very uncomfortable. It would be nice to have more tables and chairs around the pools. The back elevator door needs a sensor so it does not close too quickly on people getting off and on it. This is the elevator across from rm 531. The music in the theater and lounge was too loud and you could not understand announcers due to it being so loud. Drains in our shower and bathroom sink were very slow.

We loved the flowers, palm trees, plants, the pool, the wonderful staff, the new deli and baked goods. The deli/coffee shop could use a larger coffee pot for people to get their own coffee to avoid back ups. We loved the sushi! We loved the restaurant reservation system on the app. It was nice that Cafe Solaris had late hours for a snack in the evening.

food in the buffet was hit or miss. Most of the time was a hit. but, when it missed it was horrible. The mexican night was the best. The "fancy" restaurant was average. Tried twice.

the location in San Jose was great; it was near restaurants and grocery stores. The price for all inclusive and high season was unbeatable. The kids pool was the right size, not too big not too small. Staff was very helpful.

Super close to downtown and close to the airport. Small resort which makes it convenient with kids. The kids water slide area was perfect for my youngest daughter who’s 6.

The flies were pretty bad and it seemed like there were several areas that needed repair.

The hotel is a bit outdated in its design and decoration and the premium themed restaurants (Italian, Mexican which I tried) are just ok.

It's a good value option for an all-inclusive hotel. Among other things, I really liked the staff (very welcoming) and the location (great spot beachfront and a short walk from the commercial area). Food buffet was good too.

Food was plentiful but mediocre in taste and quality a B- at best. Wait staff was very efficient if you tipped them otherwise service was minimal. Our room design was interesting. Shower door placed backwards. Terrace had elevatión that ran water towards the room and away from the drain. So if it rain the terrace became a huge puddle and water would get into the room. Maids were friendly but defienitely either understaffed or not efficient. Came back to room at 3pm and room still not cleaned.

Friendly staff especially if you tip them. Facility well maintained.
