The shower didn’t work properly. Either too hot or super cold.

The location was great, not on but next to the main street. The bed was super comfortable and big with a great mattress. The breakfast was also nice!

looks new and modern but he more you look at it the worst it gets. cheaply done bathroom, dirty walls and very thin doors. next to Main Street - very bad isolation. had to change room because of terrible sewers smell.

they need to renovate the painting in the rooms. the room felt humid and the towels sometimes had the same smell. the ac was kind of broken, it worked but some drops of water came out of the vents

If you are not interested in being in a good location you might want to look further away from 5th Avenue as this can be noisy most evenings. This is not relevant to this hotel but the area in general.

Excellent location, super comfortable beds, amazing location. Can't beat this place if you are looking for a good location and a good nights sleep. The pool is nice for a dip after a day of activities but is a little small especially with others in it.

First we were given a room without any window at all, we asked to change it, so we got another one with a balcony. The balcony was shared with another room, so one night there was a couple sitting there. They could see our entire room. Awkward. Also we were waken up one day by a drilling noize at 9 am. I believe they could drill something in the hotel at a bit slightly more suitable time.

At first my room only had a window onto the corridor making it very dark. The reception team moved me after 2 days to a room with a balcony which was much nicer and brighter.

Good location, friendly staff. The dip pool is great - it was never busy and often I had it to myself.

This time I felt like the standards had really dropped. The room smelled.like mildew, the television didn't work, and there were no towels in the room when I arrived.

Aruma is one of my go-to places in Playa, as the staff is always great and the location is perfect for me.

On the check out day the girl from the reception went to check my room. She came back and said that her manager said I have to pay for the dirty towel. I told her that I got the towel which was dirty from the the beginning. They wanted to charge me for the dirty towel I got from them! The photos on Booking.com are perfect however the rooms are dirty (molde, the bathroom smells horrible). The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, but the conditions are less than 3 stars hotel.

The shower in my first room was extremely cold. It never got warm. I changed the room but because of the balcony not the shower. But the shower in the second room was warm- I thought- but then it got hot. Too hot and never got warm or cold again.

All was really perfect instead the shower!

at first i got a room without a window at the very last floor & corner of the hotel i guess but it has been changed immediately by the nice lady at the reception as i couldnt stay in there cause of claustrophobia ..also it didnt had a fridge so you better make sure which room they have free if you need that during your trip cause my other room where i've been moved to had one & also a window!

The staff is super friendly -you can ask them for anything you need! The Beds are comfy & rooms are clean ..location is near to everything & its quite ok with the noises around (clubs & bars), pool at the rooftop almost always empty & clean but its just a small area

We had the room on the ground floor almost right behind the reception. We could hear every conversation, felt like our door was open 24/7. Also the room was very humid, our towels and bikinis couldn’t dry inside and we didn’t have any option to hang it outside in the sun.

first night was terrible- we got a room on the ground floor that smelled really badly-when we checked in it was a smell of too much cleaning stuff on the floor but after we aired it, we found out that the room has overpowering musty smell. The manager moved us to the room upstairs for the second night and it made a world of difference.

You can hear everything that is happening in the corridor and also noises from rooms next door. Beware of broken locks on windows. The girls from the reception agreed to move us to another room, however we encountered a similar issue there - the balcony door lock was barely working. Not a nice thing when you are sharing the balcony with another room. As nice as the girls from reception were, they did not find this very concerning.
