If you’re looking for party this is not the right place, they do have a dance floor with a DJ every night but it mostly plays outdated music, and most of the people are elder. But in our case we just wanted to relax so it was perfect. The only “annoying” moment was when they try to sell you their Hyatt membership, which don’t get me wrong is a great deal if you’re planning on traveling a lot in the future, but it took us like 2 hours. As a reward they give you 200 USD coupons which you can use to pay for anything “extra” in the hotel, even in their souvenir store.

This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner. The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need. We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM. They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail. The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun. It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again. Special shout out to Gustavo from Olio, and Aleman our butler.

2x misleading advertising. 1) When booking ocean view room through booking.com, a very different view was shown compared to the one from the room we were given. 2) promised credit of $200 is absolutely unusable as it is only a small deduction for overpriced spa services and wines. When making the booking (on booking.com) conditions for the credit were not explained.

Room was not ready at check-in and they had to change us from 24th to 23rd floor because of a broken doorlock! We only got the room at 6pm so my wife was very tired from the long flight and early rise that morning.

The staff and the room Ocean Front Master Suite were excellent! The views from the 23rd floor were astounding and the Ocean clean of seaweed and a beautiful turqouise Blue! Location was close to all in Cancun Hotel Zone

Pool side snacks pretty bad. The pools are pretty clean, probably need to be retiled. The men's bathroom by upper pool seat was broken, never fixed during our stay.

Beach was awesome, food was good except by the pool for lunch-snack. Staff is awesome, very attentive. Restaurants are good, drinks are satisfactory.

breakfast - the preferred club had a nice breakfast option that was outside on the patio; room - our suite was quite large and very open; dinner - we opted to explore the restaurants next to the hotel (rosanegra + porfirios) given that they are also dinner shows + restaurants, the hotel was extremely convenient for these restuarants

I loved the location and the friendly staff. We felt comfortable and consistently entertained. Andrew, Diego, Rogelio, Angel, Edwardo, and Charley made us want to come back! They were absolutely fantastic. Additionally, it was a Very clean property. Everyday our room was left spotless.

Food at Sea Salt restaurant was very salty. My husband had octopus and I had short rib, both dishes were very salty. Bad quality of wine.

It was hot in the lounge lobby area. It had a sewage smell that was unbearable some days. Refrigerator was broke in room and no & the air conditioner really never got cool.

My only issue was that the shower in my room smelled, like a drain smell. While it didn’t affect other areas of the room it was pretty strong. But I got this smell around washing facilities around cancun!

The property is in a great location, right on the beach. Well kept building both inside and out and very clean. Love that it’s so modern compared to other hotels.

Sometimes there would be upselling within the hotel e.g romance table with wine at additional cost. It really is not needed as the normal service is plenty. Also the costs to upgrade your experience type to preferred (again not necessary as the all inclusive experience is amazing without).

All inclusive service was amazing from table service, silver service, wine tasting & room service at no additional charge. Staff could not do enough to make each guest feel welcome.

The beach was a bit dirty and a lot of sellers on the beach who kept on bothering us.

The resort is nice and clean. We had the preferred club privileges which give access to some additional facilities which was great as well. The staff is very nice as well and super accommodating with dietary restrictions.
