Other than breakfast that was very good, the other meals and restaurants on the property are only ok, and we found ourselves eating often at the sister resort where the food was better.

Location wise I felt like it is far from the hotel zone. Some staff were also not friendly. in the first day of the visit we went to near by restaurant and the server was little rude, during checkout the guy was also not helpful and was talking to me in bad way. Beach was also not clean and smelly.

Room was good. With kids I wanted kitchen and villa had a nice kitchen. Pools were nice too.

Avoid rooms on the side of the road/laguna. This road can be noisy even at night.

Aircon was the only negative. Very effective but really really noisy for us so we kept waking up every time it starts up.

The next I would not do the full inclusive. I would have preferred to go outside to some other restaurants. Their food was not as good as it could have been.

The property is old but it is so well maintained. The room size is amazing with a fully stocked kitchen.

the membership can actually be really great option but the presentation time can take longer. I wish also they had some fresh juice options

staff are wonderful waiters/es, room services, managers literally everyone. the food is great. they made all effort to accommodate my son “gluten-free” diet due to his allergy. I really enjoyed enjoyed the all inclusive package especially that you can make booking at other sister resort’s restaurants. many are accessible via the hotel shuttle. make sure to try the activity center. they have great water games and salsa class

The only one concern was too loud party music till very late evening,even morning coming from neighbor hotel. It is not Royal Cancun to blame, but solution must be found, as we didn't sleep well few nights and there were many families with kids.

Great villa size, location in Zona Hotelera, lagun without waves and weeds, food and service are excellent, every evening breathtaking sunset view and Pirate boats, bus shuttles, gym, mini market, activities, quietness of family resort, laundry services, room service, pools, booking of Parks at the reception area, garden, welcome gifts. This is the best cozy all inclusive family resort!

The air conditioner is too loud. There are extra taxes when checking out. And the staff refused to provide the receipt, which other hotels always give to me. The traffic is very heavy normally if you want to go out for other activities, unless it's early or very late.

Nice beach and good view of the balcony. The suite is spacious and clean.

Beach was clean, equipped with umbrellas, beds and chairs with a good service from La Palapa restaurant/bar but most of the sea-bed right from a shore was covered with grass - not very pleasure to walk on. We used the beach of the neighboring hotel (Breathless)

Villa was spacey, well equipped. Beds with very good mattresses. Complimentary mini-bar.
