Nothing to complain about

A comfortable spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a few days stay. Great rooftop terrace with a pool to enjoy. Lots of convenience shops and great local restaurants around, a short walk from ADO station and colectivo stops to Tulum beach and ruins areas. The hosts are very helpful and responsive, they organised airport transfer for us. Would definitely recommend and stay again

We had a really short stay. Arrived late at night it was a bit hard to find the hotel.. but just because it was dark. We were 3 floors up there was no lift and we had heavy trolleys to carry. Could hear everything outside we might just have been unlucky to have cats and dogs making noises the entire night.

It was clean. Complete amenities. Welcome water and free coffee. Wifi was really fast and smart tv was good. Well situated, nearby stores were handy to get bits of stuff we needed. Close to the terminal and vehicle rentals. Self checkin and instructions were clear.. staff were good and accommodating.

The owner was really responsive and helpful. They helped us with local tips and reservations for bike / ATV hire. The interior design is stunning, and the kitchen js fully equipped with what you need to make a meal. We enjoyed using the rooftop pool, and it had a beautiful view of the sunset. The apartments were a 10 min walk from the ADO stop, and 5 mins from the Main Street with shops and restaurants.

Didn't really understand the cleaning policy. Bed sheets were clean and new every day, however the floor was not vacuumed once during our five day stay. Also, there was a broken wine glass (not by us) which was not removed during the entire time. Lot of noice outside (dogs, cars, neighbours), better use earplugs. Pool discolored our clothes (yellow-ish). This has however happened in other pools as well

Great apartment, decorated and with a full kitchen. The balcony was enough as well. TV comes with channels and netflix etc. The place had bike rental and laundry service and was close to center.

Amazing location walkable to all the food and bars, the rooftop pool was so nice after the heat of the day. Staff was so sweet and they offer a laundry service which was very nice after traveling for a while!

One day we didn’t have hot water. Soap they use doesn’t really foam…had to buy our own.

Loved our stay at Ujo. Beautiful big rooms. Booked two rooms with the private pools which was fabulous to sit by in the mornings and evenings! Rented bikes which was perfecttttt for getting around Tulum and a must imo. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and secure. Roof top pool is so crucial for a little afternoon cooldown. Location is a short walk to the bus station and the Tulum center. Easy to get anywhere with a bike or scooter. Would definitely book again without hesitation.

Drinking water in Mexico is always a challenging. Providing water for guests (preferably from a garrafon to reduce plastic waste) would be most welcome! (& we'd be willing to pay extra for this sustainable perq.)

UDO offered us a stylish, comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us easy walking to restaurants & food shopping. A swanky rooftop pool (which we had completely to ourselves) added to the pleasure of the visit. Catching a colectivo to the Tulum archaeological site was easy from UDO, as was connecting to the ADO bus that took us to our next destination.

Very nice rooms, bed was comfortable, room was a good size. Check-in was very easy and staff really kind. We got some good food recommendations. I would book again if I go to Tulum

We had a delightful stay at Ujo. Beautiful apartment, near Tulum City centre but in a quiet place. Ability to rent a bike in an affordable price. The stuff was really helpful with great customer service, very responsive & helpful at all times.

No window in bathroom, so it takes a bit for the steam to go away. You can hear the street noises at night and a very annoying dog, so bring ear protection (but probably smart to bring everywhere in Mexico ;) )

Location is great, easy to find and reach from the ADO terminal, close to city center, felt safe all the time, pool on roof was nice for cooling down and relaxing. Communication was really great, fast response and good tipps, very helpful. Bikes can be rented Room was nice and big enough, bed was comfy

The apartment was beautiful and inspiring. Cool place! I wish I’d booked it some more days. A lot of kitchen accessories like sandwich toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave etc…
