We were in room 21 - the mattress on the bed had broken sides, so it was very lumpy and soft because we enjoyed the view we did not complain.

We loved the view, the accomodation was TOTALLY AWESOME it was nice to have a safe and mini fridge and ample supply of free water, and a cooler that converts to hot water for coffee in the morning. We had a coupon for Buho’s for toast, coffee and juice for free and you sit at tables with toes in sand !

Only intermittent Wi-Fi in the reception area. We didn’t want it so it wasn’t a problem that it wasn’t available in the rooms but some might find it a problem. The water stations weren’t stocked regularly. The breakfast was absolutely awful. We went for the first day and that was it…. They have a dining area at the hotel that is tired and unloved and could be better utilised.

Perfect location, I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else on the island. A truly stunning location. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The cleaners do a really good job and we were very pleased with that too.

Loved this he location steps to one of Isla Mujeres best beaches PlayaNorte known for its snorkelling and shallow warm waters. Location was perfect for quick walk to town center and many restaurants & nightlife yet quiet and restful

We didn't dislike anything. It is an older hotel so if you're looking for something fancy, this is not for you.

The location on the beach was beautiful! The water and swimming at the beach were amazing! The grounds were very pretty and well kept.

I needed a room on the ground level because of an ankle issue. I was given one of the thatched rooms at the end of the property. It was old, dark and dismal. Not fun or enjoyable to come back to after being out. I think those rooms need lots of work.

Staff tried hard to accommodate a few issues….broken fan, AC less than cooperative. People were called quickly to get things fixed and I appreciated that. Pool was a nice bonus. Clean and right outside my door. Mostly I must say that the staff was great.

Our room was on the third floor. There was no help getting bags up there, and the railing on the stairs was being replaced, making it even more difficult.

Beautiful grounds and excellent location. The pool was clean and temperature was comfortable.

I did not get the room I requested months ago. In the past it worked. Told me the room #3x is not available. Coincidentally I learned that day that somebody checked in and got room 34 that I wanted Loyalty doesn't seem to pay off. Breakfast is just two toast, coffee and O-jay. Upgrade to omlette though is possible for Mxn 130.

It's all about the location. Going here for several years in a row. Great value for money. If you get an upper floor room with balcony that's a bonus. Right on the best beach of Playa Norte.

the room is not very comfortable. there is no room to sit in inside with the exception of the desk chair. there are rockers on that porch and that’s very nice.

the location is superior. It’s a very walkable area. there is lots of food within 5-10 minutes.

In the description on booking.com it’s written bungalow which is very misleading, as we got just a simple room. We also booked the room with 2 double beds and we got only one double bed. In my opinion was it very expensive, especially when you expect a bungalow with 2 double beds and all you get is just a normal hotel room with one double bed. But the room was clean and it had a lovely view, so… we really enjoyed our stay.

It is a lovely place, with lots of palm trees and singing birds - a small paradise.

Not a big deal, but it took a long time for the hot water to come out the shower. We disliked having to waste water ony to get a hot shower. Also, pillows were too big and on the hard side, propping up the head a little too high for our taste.

Affordable hotel with a great location on on the northern part of Playa Norte. Right on a little beach (although we walked to Playa Norte for a better scene and beach clubs. Quiet at night, great balcony view of the garden and some of the beach (lots of palm trees in the way). Good A/C
