The front desk lady and manager were very help . Manager was leveling for the day and gave use a ride to a store .

My room was along the road so the constant cars, trucks, cats, and people were loud a lot of the time. There was also a huge fire burning across the street almost everyday, so I didn’t spend much time on the terrace. The room doors are very light so when people would come in and out, the doors would slam. I also wish there was somewhere to grab a snack or drink at the property.

Zereno Tulum is a beautiful place. The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure you were accommodated (would even remind you about what time to bring breakfast). Renting a bike was super cool and it being in a gated area- as a solo traveler- made me feel safer.

There was nowhere to dry towels and bathing suits after a day at the beach or the pool, so just a suggestion to put a dryer somewhere in the hotel that guests might use. Also we didn’t get small towels for face and hands. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Not really a dislike but it was a little far from the main centre of Tulum and the walk into the centre wasn’t great as most of the way hadn’t pavements. In fairness that is probably our own fault for not checking the location more closely.

Really nice and spacious rooms. Staff were super friendly and gave helpful suggestions on where to eat upon check-in which was appreciated.

The wifi was worse of all locations we stayed at. Breakfast could be improved a little bit, one day we would have one glass of juice another day 2 ( bear in mind very cheap quality pack juice) but that was a minor.

Property it’s self was stunning, the grounds green and lush. We had split level apartment which was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful

Breakfast was nice but quantity was not enough, it’s more of a snack before breakfast, but we had a nice kitchen to supplement. There weren’t enough hooks for towels or anywhere to dry clothes/bathing suits etc.

We loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, everything was convenient, location close to beach and downtown, with parking! Absolutely would book again! The staff were very polite and responsive and super accommodating.

I absolutely loved Zereno. Located in a very quiet, chilled area on the edge of Tulum center, the room was incredible - so spacious and comfortable with great facilities (A/C, fridge, sink, dishes, cutlery etc.), 2-level with the bedrooms downstairs and the living space up. Absolutely no noise at night other than the beautiful ambient jungle sounds. Super comfy bed. The pool very comfortable for a dip to cool off or just to relax by the side. Definitely recommend renting a motorbike or quad to get around Tulum in general - we rented a quad and had a great time! Without some form of transport it is a long walk to the beach zone (we did it once and would not recommend it). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. I cannot wait to return to Zereno!!

Breakfast isn’t what you might expect but this is because there is no kitchen on site. We went to 7 Eleven and picked up stuff to make our own breakfast, there is a fully equipped kitchen and this was no problem for us.

Really lovely and spacious apartment, exactly as it appears in the photos. The staff were so helpful and the location is good for exploring Tulum and has access to dinner and breakfast spots which are walkable. We really enjoyed our stay here

Staff were great, they helped me get around and tended to my needs. We were able to borrow towels to go to the beach. They have some bicicles available to rent. Close to some of the main roads and not too far from the beach and cenotes.

The staff is very kind the room is huge and confortable. The breakfast is bring to the room. You park in front of the hotel in the street but it is more like a residence so 100% safe. There is a guard and a gate so only residents can come in

There is a busy road behind the property, especially at night this is an issue since the traffic will make a lot of noise. The doors/windows don’t isolate the noise so you had the feeling is if you are sleeping outdoors.

The room was super clean and big. There even was a pool in the front of the building, and we had a small pool on our private terrace. Both pools where exceptional; you don’t need to go to the beach to have a wonderful day in Tulum.

Breakfast was fruit, yogurt with granola, coffee and juice. Would have been nice to have beans and eggs. Pool is small but for the time spent there it was okay.

The rooms were big, clean and relaxing jungle vibes. Staff were courteous and friendly. We got a unit with two rooms for family of 5. Private location with someone monitoring when driving in and out. Close to pharmacies, restaurants and stores.

There is not much at walkable distance from the place, I really recommend to rent a car if you want to stay here.

Very good hotel. The room was nice, large and clean, and the staff super kind and helpful. The swimming pool isn't very large, but it's nice and there is shade thanks to the trees.

The location is OK as only a 15 minute walk into town, but the surrounding area is a bit run down and not necessarily a place you would want to walk home alone to on a dark night. Could also have done with a kettle in the kitchen, but the stove/coffee machines were sufficient in it's absence.

Lovely little place. Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Private hot tub and outside area was really cute. Nice having breakfast delivered to the room whenever you wanted. Special mention to the staff who were super helpful and very friendly. Really great job!
