Bathroom design abit ugly the colours. But suitable for a beach resort. Just...the texture and feel is i think doesn't match the room's comfort

Staff were ALL excellent and attentive. They went out of their way to help eith whatever I needed. From front desk to restaurant staff... ALL were very attentive and good. Pool is LARGE and theres separate outdoor shower for pool, separate for beach. Properly planned for OCD people. Rooms were actually NICER than in the pictures! Either booking. Com or google pictures... I almost didnt to book because the rooms looked abit meh... BUT they are NICE and the view is GORGEOUS. Now i can see why there are some guests who stay once a month!

Master-bedroom shower head has very minimal pressure, the ventilation in both bathrooms are practically non-existent or at least feels like it, shower and sink drains seemed to be clogged and get smelly, the living room washbasin sink and the common bathroom washbasin are clogged and the water drains out very slowly, the housekeeping and technical support is very slow to respond or never show up at all even after calling on the phone and informing the front desk: I asked for someone to help me log out (or reset) the Netflix account in Korean (probably signed-in by the previous guest who did not sign-out), but no one showed up, same with the living room TV which was glitchy and no one came to check on it even after requesting. The bathtubs in both bathrooms cannot be used since it is not possible to block the drain. Except the treadmills nothing else works as intended in the gym. Room service was slow, and the dessert was brought up to the suite without any covering. Missed my extra hot coffee at the breakfast buffet, since there is not warm or hot milk but instead it is ice cold.

Royal suite is very spacious with wide balcony, great view of the beach and scenic location, nice swimming pool, friendly front desk staff, especially Mr Ramlan, the breakfast buffet was good. VIP parking for staying in Royal Suite. overall the resort is not crowded.

The rooms are a bit old and odd smell in the coridors. The food for breakfast was ok but less options for dinner . Our room was also not cleaned on our last day of stay and i had to request to change the towels .

The room are very clean, variety of food for breakfast, surrounded by restaurant nearby for teatime or dinner. The beach were also clean, they have water activities other than the swimming pool.

The room, especially the air-conditioning, needed a lot of improvement. It was not cold enough, leaving us to sweat a little at night.

The Nelayan food is always delicious, and I've enjoyed my stay each time I stay here.

Room could be improve, the TV, water pressure for the shower, and Airconditioning. This must be improve and the next is WiFi, this was non-existence in the rooms.

It's a great location, good beach location, clean environment and good breakfast. The Nelayan restaurant was delicious but pricey, I would still consider it to others. The Mud Crab I had was the best.

Aircond wasn't cold enough but the hotel staff offered us to change the room but we refused. They gave us fan which is good.
