The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to all the key spots in the city center, making it convenient for pick-up and drop-off by Grab. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ipoh for a few days.

There is a street market outside the hotel on Sundays, which will be very noisy. You need to wear earplugs to sleep to avoid be awakened by noise.

This hotel covers basic necessity for a 1 day stay. The only thing is, I feedbacked 1 of the light in the bathroom blown to the staff, but it was not fixed. But the staff was friendly. Other than that everything was good. Will i come back again? YES

The decor was a bit tired, but didn't matter.

The size of the room was good, with tea and coffee provided. The air con was very efficient and the shower was good. The bed was massive! The room was clean. There was a 7/11 next to it, and easy walking to new and old town.

Large number of youth staying at the hotel who were attending a football tournament. Someone should have told some individuals that the tournament was elsewhere. For about three days running, someone was playing football in their bedroom, above mine. Plus, they were very noisy in the corridors, having conversations shouting to each other, sometimes as late 11:30pm..... where was the staff ?

It is located on a busy road, so some people could find the noise from passing vehicles annoying. Personally, it wasn't an issue

Some details are not 100% perfect like some marks on the wall and things like that - but nothing major or ugly and it certainly won't affect your stay. Not a problem but it was funny: it was very noisy very early on Sunday morning and we realised that we were right above the flea market! :D I am a light sleeper but I didn't mind too much because it allowed me to see some "real life" and forced me to start my day early and enjoy more things.

I had a great stay here. It matched my expectations of a nice place with no frills. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was nice. The location is very good, kind of in the middle between the attractions of New Town and Old Town. Everything was adequate for the price. They even sell postcards and stamps, very convenient if you like those things. No breakfast, there is a cafe but not sure it is still working, anyway it is easy to find options in Ipoh.

Location is not central. Surrounding area is dirty and felt a bit sketchy. Bed made my back hurt. The hallway carpets were nasty.

Good location. The smell of lemonade in the hotel was very pleasant. Houskeeping was reliable in cleaning the room. The room had a fridge.

On Sunday morning, there is a flea market right next to the hotel. The sellers started playing loud repetitive music at 5:30 am, it was very annoying!

The hotel is by a busy road, but I didn’t hear much traffic noise in my room and was able to sleep well. Good location, you can walk around the city from the hotel. The train station is within walking distance too, but with luggage it may be better to take a grab (it was very cheap). Mini fridge in the room. I arrived around 12 pm and staff let me check in as my room was ready. I was able to store luggage after checking out, until evening.

Paid extra for a window room but the windows were very small and due to the position of the room, we were just facing another building, reducing the natural light.

Everything was fine.

The location was very convenient, in the city center and not far from the main attraction. There are many restaurants in the area, including vegetarian, which was important for me. Breakfast was available at extra cost, nothing special but enough to eat. The room was spacious and quiet. I liked the bathroom with a good shower and really hot water.

the room 204 air conditioning needed attention . it is not cold as expected (centralized air conditioning system)

clean, big bed (although i booked super king size, and it is actually 2 adjoined super single). everything needed is in the room, fridge, safety box, luggage rack, and etc. location is alright. there is a free open car park but was reluctant to park here at it is too dark. but I think is up to individual.

Location which was our fault we booked near Street art Murals but wasn't a lot there to see. Bit of a walk to the Old Town and not many restaurants close by.

The shower system was too complicated to handle and it took us some time to figure out how it work . The hand shower holder was not tight and kept spraying out and wet the dry area of the bathroom, as the shower cube did not have a door.
