Being on the street side was noisy with traffic. Hard to sleep. Earplugs provided would help. Also a fridge in the room for drinks would be nice.

The hotel is further from the airport than expected, and it was difficult to contact the shuttle services since they did not have a WhatsApp contact number.

The room was spacious and clean. It was nice that the hotel offered shuttles from the airport to the hotel, and when we got there the check-in and check-out went smoothly, as well as scheduling the next-day shuttle back to the airport.

Well appointed, comfortable, clean and spacious room. Very convenient to local restaurants, shopping and best of all - the airport. Highly recommend staying here if you need to be near the airport. They have a shuttle, but it's a bit pricey in my opinion - currently 25 Euro for the trip, HOWEVER, they will pick you up at the airport for free (one trip).

in the evening I did not feel welcome or comfortable in the dining room, yet it was a lovely place for many. i was not greeted with any enthusiasm, more like i was a bother. while the breakfast buffet as good, i always think when the hotel is not full, it is not the best way, and would have loved to have a served breakfast. i think the buffet wastes a lot. however I know this is what most hotels do. if you are coming by train and bus it is not so easy to get to, but great to leave from. i found it though and it was an adventure

Right under the flight path for the airport. A little bit out of the way, but not too bad. The parking lot is uneven and most of the spots are far rom the entrance to the hotel, so it's awkward to carry luggage.

Really comfortable beds. Great price for being near the airport. Newly remodeled bathroom. Free parking.

The local tax per night is not actually included in the price. They say it comes with SMALL letters AFTER you book the accommodation. It is almost 4$ per person per night. With this, the comfortable price of booking loses its value.

I liked the price initially, but then I realized it is quite far from airport. The shuttle is only free for one trip, next is 25$. Uber costs 23$. The staff at the restaurant is very friendly, the crab soup does not have almost any crabs in it. The reception staff is not really suitable for hosting guests, although I guess they are trying to the best they may.

It was pricey - but everyplace in Amsterdam is pricy. Breakfast buffet was €21.
