The rooms are nothing like the pictures at all they are extremely tired and not overly clean. Very small and bathrooms extremely small dated and drains smell. Every time we had a shower someone would come and knock saying there was a leak in room below obviously this issue hadn’t been sorted. When we arrived the room we were allocated looked absolutely nothing like the picture was tiny and dirty with a leaking roof. We were promptly moved when I complained but had to lug or luggage up 4 flights of dangerously steep small steps. No mirrors in rooms other than bathroom nowhere to store any belongings. No facilities (fridge tea coffee) just not up to a standard of expect. However the staff were fantastic and did try to help rectify any issues

The stairs were very steep as expected, it wasn’t a huge issue but made it difficult for carrying luggage, also made us avoid going back and forth from the hotel. There is no kettle, tea/coffee in the room, and it could have definitely been cleaner, also the fire alarm went off super early causing us disruption and panic

Unfortunately my stay wasn't comfortable at all. When I entered my room, window was wide opened, room was extremely cold. I turned the radiators to the hottest section, but it didn't help much. During night I couldn't feel my toes. Room was not properly cleaned as well, floor wasn't sweeped after previous guests.

When i first got there i was surprised by how the small the stairs were, they should’ve clarified that it was a historical building and that it didn’t have no elevator. Then when i got into the room, i just started sneezing bcs of my dust allergy and that nothing was really clean. I wanted to take a shower on my first day it was only getting hot or cold so i didn’t shower for the 3 days that i was there and finally tried for the last time on my third day and finally worked. I woke up on my last day with a LOT of bites on my body, im not sure if they re bedbugs or not bcs i checked and there weren’t any on the beds, but im pretty sure it was something there. Overall i don’t really recommend.

The property has 2 extremely steep stairwells with approx 50 steps to reach the reception, you then have to claim each set of stairs to reach whichever floor you are staying on, this is challenging for the young and able but very very difficult for elderly/ disabled. The mattress was very very old and uncomfortable, difficult to sleep well, the cleanliness in general could do with being improved, although the bedding was clean it was frayed and bobbly, the TV didn’t work, the coffee machine and drink dispenser could all do with an upgrade

The hot tap in the shower wouldn’t turn off which set the fire alarm off & possibly woke other guests. There was a large bed bug on the wall. Luckily we saw this in the morning! The double bed in the other room was also snapped in the middle so was rolling into each other

The pillows were amazing! Had the best sleep! The windows in the bridal suite were wonderful! Loved the bottle of water, chocolates & little treats! Lovely homely touch!

It was quite unclean, on the second day didn’t even have room cleaned, couse when the cleaner wanted to come, we were inside, when we went out we said about it - they said that the cleaner will do it and we will have our room cleaned while we are away, but it didn’t happen, even clean towels we had to take from the registration by our self even tho they said that they will be put in our room, nothing dramatic, but the word keeping…overall dust everywhere even after cleaning, some old napkins or whatever they were behind nightstand table, wierd smell form the bathroom and when you just walk in through the main door… on the bed instead of one big matress there where two smaller matresses which were sliding thruout the night and in the morning you basically sleep between them… and the weed smell… we had balcony beneath our window and all the smokers smoke came in the room all day/night long and of course the noise from the street, but thats normal sice it is in the city center, if you are tired and with good sleep, than you don’t even hear it that much, maybe just the ambulance noise because thats extra loud😁

It was very close to a lot of places, basically about 10 min walk to everything, very good location, beautiful view from the window, very polite staff, you can go in/out when you like… the stairs, liked them, pretty interesnting, but bit scary and challenging maybe for others, big falling possibility

The access is by a staircase with narrow steps and the last curve part is not recommended for older adults or children. The room was so small that the bed coul only accessed from one side and had not formiture to store clothes and the bathroom door did not close. Disappointing

The rooms are shocking .. we stayed in 2 different rooms because of cancelled flight .. first room Wis stinking of the sewers hence why the window was left open .. really run down needs a lot of work Second room .. was a lot better although still needed a bit of tlc but was much better than first plus .. looked like it had just been decorated compared to first room .. plus the balcony was a bonus
