    Get ready to walk to the tram station everyday but the hotel is pleasant with a good canal view.

    The only drawback is the location. It is really far from the central district and takes 25 minutes by tram to reach if you are coming from the Amsterdam Central Station or the Red Light District. You will eventually get used to it but if you are lugging a heavy luggage, it is better to just take Uber to the hotel on your first day.

    They gave me a room that faced the canal as requested and it was perfect. The room is spacious, clean and comes with the usual things such as kettle. There is even a mini sofa in the room which you can turn it around and face the window and chill with a cup of coffee. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood which is good if you like peace and quiet.

    Could not get refund for unspent third night.

    I booked for three nights but due to emergency back at home we curtailed our stay to two nights. We requested for refund of third night. We were told because you have booked rooms through Booking.com so we don’t get refund. We contacted Booking .com but they are unable to help. Very disappointing.

    Unfriendly staff and rather poor breakfast. Also the hotel building looks really dated.

    It's in convenient location just outside the city centre. Really queit, which is nice when you want to have normal sleep.

    Beautiful location by the water, very close to the center, yet very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable stay with our pet. For our Amsterdam trips, Hilton is always the first choice.

    We missed fish at breakfast. Strangely, a hotel in a sea country doesn't offer any fish or seafood for breakfast. We expected salmon or traditional herring.

    It was a nice room with a spacious balcony. The hotel was nice enough to recognize the mess up with the reservation, and in fact, upgraded us to a better room. We really appreciate it.

    There were three people staying in the room, but we were provided with only two towels. It was a bit unclear to me when I made a reservation and the amount to be paid with breakfast was 1504.04 EUR, they charged me 1729.36 EUR on the spot.

    From the outside, it is quite ugly and looks like a 1960s office building. Location-wise it is okay but it is a bit of a trek into the town centre

    It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The concierge service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.

    Pillows we're extremely soft and limp so could not get a proper neck support.

    One of the best located hotels in Amsterdam. Very nice canal view and beautiful garden. We travelled with our dog who was also very happy with the stay. Staff is very attentive and friendly.

    The room had the rubbish of the previous occupier in the bins. This made me worry that the room was not cleaned properly. The car parking charge for one night was €55. This was utterly disgusting and really spoiled my final memory of the stay. How on earth can it cost so much to park for less than 24h?

    The property was well appointed with interconnecting rooms as requested. The breakfast and service were lovely. The reception staff were very friendly.
