In my room the window didn't close properly, and I could hear the noise of the street, especially from the bar right across the street.

The location was superb, right in the center. The entrance to the hotel was through the restaurant, which was a little weird but was ok. The facilities in general were good.

I wasn’t keen on the fact that the entrance to the rooms was on the side of the building and that door was basically open at all times of my stay. Anybody from the street could technically walk in off the street and walk right up to your room. As late as 11pm I would find that door propped open. Being a female traveler alone on this trip, this didn’t give a very reassuring feeling.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Location couldn’t be more central to the little town.

Only 2 problems: 1) the mattress is thin and during the night it shifted so much that I felt off the bed, 2) my wife and I were loaded with heavy bicycle bags and the staff that checked us in did not offer to help to carry them up the steep stairs. .

The possibility to keep the bikes in a safe place was fantastic. The quality of the breakfast was very good. The restaurant was also excellent.

The room needs repair: the tap handle was broken, the whole in the wall, broken plug. The water flows from the shower head and faucet at the same time

The staff was very nice and service-minded. Breakfast was good. The restaurant was very good. The food was fantastic and good wines were available to choose - we found it was so good that we ate there every night. Nice selection of local beers in the bar. Exciting city with all these "border crossings" when you take a small walk.

Cozy hotel in Baarle-Nassau. The room was small, but enough for 1 night. The cleaning could be upgraded, so I share the same opinion of others guests. The breakfast was fair.

The furniture in the bedroom was flimsy.

Superb location - right on Belgian/Dutch border. That's why I went - to explore the fascinatuing enclave landscapes. The hotel was used both by visitors, but also locals meeting up for drinks and parties. it was a wonderfully friendly vibe - I loved it.

I checked out early morning and reception was closed. I saw some people left the key card on the small shelf, a lady worker saw me as if she saw an alien, I said I was there to leave the key.. this was a bit uncomfortable because she looked at me like I was an intruder or something

The room was big and it was good value for money. I liked it very much that the entry to my room was on one side of the building and not through the restaurant. I also ate at the restaurant and it was a tasty meal, kuddos to the chef. The hotel is right next to the border where you can take cool photos. I would say this hotel has the best location in Baarle nassau

The beds are small (80cm wide) and the matrasses are way to soft. These are cheap hotel beds. in our specific room the bathroom had no door. These two things together for 101 euro are one big downer. The staff let me wait, they weren’t unfriendly but helped another staff member first instead of handing me the key and showing me the room. Not highly impressed.

The staff was at least 3 different Nationallities. Everyone tried to communicate in English by there were difficulties a few times... -But this didn't spoil our stay! We will return here the next time we are in the Netherlands.

Rooms were very tidy and clean. The overall standard of the rooms were high-end compaired to the prices...
