The room door creaks, the wardrobe is not functional, the door cannot be fully opened, another chair is missing. The attic room is too small for two person because of the sloping roof.

Noise of slamming doors, and if unlucky like me, have a room next to the shared bathroom you will wake up several times throughout the night.

Too much noise can be heard if in the hallway, or when talking loud from a room. Also alot of noise from the street.

Being located in the heart of the Centrum had some downsides. I was awake at 2 a.m. several times because people were shouting or talking loudly outside. There was nothing that the hotel could do, but if you are a light sleeper, just be prepared for this. Oh yes, a kettle to boil hot water in the room may have been a great help (although when I asked the staff at the bar downstairs for a glass of hot water, they kindly provided me).

Breakfast, the location was great! The room was small with minimal facilities, but just adequate for a short stay for work. The WiFi connection was good. Would come back for my next visit!

Having to leave the keys at reception every time you leave the hotel and having to show no identification when you pick up your keys in the middle of the night feels a bit sketchy. I would like to take my keys with me or have strict rules on key collection. Also, not being informed that our toilet would be in the hallway was a disappointment; I would have packed slippers and a robe if I knew this beforehand.

Poor internet. It didn’t really work well enough in the room to be usable. Very noisy all night long ( a Saturday night) with a room facing the street. With no air conditioning you couldn’t close the windows. It was 4:30 before the outdoor noises subsided.

You got a key, no card and has to deposit the key every time you leave at the front desk. The staff are not so amused to come to the counter, when you ring to pick up your key. Housekeeping made a lot of noise in the morning.

Under my bed lay a sock and an empty bottle from formerly guests. The floor of the bathroom was sticky and the toilet was a kind of camping closet. The ceiling was low and spotted. The ceiling in the shower was so low, a bigger person would have been problems inside. Poorly soundproofed, you need ear plugs to sleep, no air condition, it was to hot in the 3rd floor.

In the middle of the center, you can park your car near by for 16€ the day.

Not the hotel's fault but car parking was hard to find, given the long queues of traffic. As you drive into the car park remember to take a ticket!!!
