Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesMy only complaint is that the room was far too warm at night to sleep. Even with the AC turned on & window open it was stuffy/ hot at night and when getting ready for the day.
It was close to the RAI tram & metro. Staff were courteous & kind. Great breakfast. Pretty clean overall, though the room showed minor signs of wear & tear. Excellent hotel in a great location for the airport and getting into Amsterdam city by metro and tram . Spotlessly clean, quiet room, very comfortable and perfect for our 2 night stay. Very helpful and cheerful staff who were always on hand to provide information and gave the hotel a lovely welcoming ambiance and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend it to others. It was great to be able to leave our luggage there on the morning of checkout and collect later on our way to the airport. Thankyou so much for a wonderful service making our stay so enjoyable.

PolandHotel restaurant was simply awful in terms of food quality and taste. Burger it was dry and tough. Salmon salad - fresh smoked salmon slices on the bed of greens were ruined by loads of heavy Caesar-like dressing and artificially tasting croutons. The only edible thing I ate during my stay was a cheese plate.

The hotel was lovely and modern. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was equally spacious, and the shower was great. Good facilities with nice little touches, like a Nespresso coffee machine and Ritual products in the bathroom. Location was spot on, a 10 min walk to the nearest metro stop, a metro and train ride from the airport (20-25 mins), and a 15 min tram ride to Amsterdam Central

It is very central and easy to access from different kind of transport. In our case, we got here by car. We parked the car in the hotel car park and reached city center by Metro / tram. The hotel is good in general.

Germany1..veg options were very limited 2. Housekeeping was not upto the mark, the bedsheets were not changed even when I stayed for 4 nights, the coffee cup was removed on day 1 and was not refurbished the next day. Services could have been better. Breakfast options should have something more than just eggs 3. There was sofa bed in the room, but it was not laid down when room was handed over, i had to do.the same myself
