1.Located at centre point of pokhra. 2. Walking distance to phewa lake. 3. Helping and cooperative staff especially Mr Basu Tripathi ji who has helped me a lot throughout my stay. 4 Rooftop Swimming pool is main attraction as my kids has enjoyed it the most. 5. Rooms are spacious with awesome view of phewa lake. 6.Currency exchange facility, flight ticket booking facility, sightseeing taxi and adventure activity tickets can be booked as their office served as one stop point to all the facilities. I will definitely like to stay again during my next visit.....

The pool was a bit green so we didn’t use it

The rooms were clean and the rooftop had a great view. We even got upgraded to a room with a balcony with lake view. Breakfast was great for the price. Everyone was very nice and they organized the Annapurna cable car and the bus back to Kathmandu for us. The very nice guy serving breakfast even packed a breakfast package to go for us. We felt very well cared for, thank you!

Amazing property in Pokhara, the pool with the city view is a must. The room with the balcony and view on the lake too! The staff was an absolute treasure, all of them were so thoughtful and treated us incredibly well. Always with a big smile on. We didn’t want to leave! The food was very tasty and the place very quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Pokhara

Noise from the 4th floor- breakfast area. We were directly underneath on the 3rd floor and constantly heard chairs moving in and out when people were up there. But I would still stay there again.

The owner is extremely nice. Our flight from Pokhara to Lumbini was cancelled and we were left stranded at the airport with no way to get to Lumbini. When I contacted the owner, he immediately arranged for a private driver to bring us to Lumbini. We could carry on with our tour itinerary because of this. We are extremely grateful to the owner for this.

There was no foot mat at the bathroom door, I almost slipped and fell twice while coming out from my shower. And the door lock of the second room that we were given on returning was a bit of a hassle, we struggled to lock it when we went out. Other than that everything was good.

The location, food, staff and view were all. What was best is that they have a luggage storage room for those who want to visit other places and leave their luggage for a few nights and we did that.

The staff were friendly and efficient, WiFi great throughout, rooftop infinity pool awesome and shower and beds really nice. Mr Adam' helped us choose and book activities (at very reasonable prices after cross checking) and ensured that we had an excellent stay. Great value hotel and I would thoroughly recommend.

Shower was broken to begin with, but the Adam hotel fixed it within a day so great service. The hotel is in two buildings so if you are in the second building you have to take the stairs for some of it (not ideal for heavy luggage but the hotel staff will help with that if you need it). No sun loungers for the pool area.

The room was clean, free bottles of water, shower was good and hot, location amazing with great view from the terrace of the lake.
