Saudi Arabia- The place needs more work. Its old woody hut style. - Two floor house-hut with 1 toilet that was leaking and tight, and its exhaust fan was out of order. - The TV was out of order, and they promised to fix it (we stayed 2 days without it). - The roles of the place are surprisingly funny. We were not allowed to go up (firat floor) with our shoes, we have to leave it outside. They count towels upon leaving the place. The front desk staff had to rwad all of the R&R before admission to the property. - The property beds were ok, but the bed sheets were very old (as if never changed for months). We informed the staff to change it on the first night, but they ignored our request. - The place has no porter or helper. We had to carry all our heavy luggage from the main road till up to our rooms (most of the hotels around it have concierge service. - They have free Wifi but are very slow and unstable
- The location is the best thing there . It opens through the general Boracay beach and almost at the centre of all hotels. Near the drop on and off the trip boats. - The staff were fine. - A very delicious restaurant is located below the property (named ARMY NAVY). That was the best thing as it was reasonably priced.

United StatesI got locked up inside my room when doorknob broke cause it’s too old. Safety deposit or locker will be a great addition. They only provided thin bed sheet even AC is too cold. Nobody knows in the island the hotel exists. I need to tell them I stay in the Army Navy.

PhilippinesStaff didn't initiate to offer replacement of towels, floor mats and mugs, we had to ask. There was also a confusion on the payment as they wanted cash instead of charging it to my credit card (which was used for booking). Anyway, it was sorted immediately.
Located in between station 1 and 2; beachfront; simple/minimalist interior design; early check in was available; breezy airport to hotel transfer and vice versa (separate booking); shower with heater; no security guard but our bags were safe all throughout the stay.

In the balcony there were chairs but no table so if you plan to use the balcony to chill at night then that will be difficult. There is only one bathroom for a room which good for 5-6 pax this may not be convenient for some guest.

PhilippinesAircon upstairs needs cleaning or replacement. It doesn't always blow cold air even if its set to 17 degrees C. Its hot upstairs. A lot of noise due to the restaurant below. And maybe it is the exhaust of the resto below. Very very noisy. You can think of it as white noise but its not. It goes off in the morning but the was a night when the noise just doesnt stop. It rained one morning and there are drips coming from the ceiling. They need to have that fixed.
The location of the hotel is near D'mall and station 1. It is also a beach front property with a balcony facing the beach. Room is very spacious for 6 people. The room is clean. Balcony has a ok view since a lot of trees are covering up the beach view. Beds are clean and ok. Comfort room and bathroom is ok. Fridge is working. Aircon downstairs is cold. Table is provided and lots of chairs. Towels are provided. Price is great. Lots of convinience stores when you go out. Near restaurants.
